The house and the surroundings are beautiful, with lots of trees, landscape, a large terrace, gazebo, pool and the house is gorgeously designed (rustic/modern). Definitely the best house in Maitencillo. Great place to relax and entertain with family and friends. High quality linens and bedsheets. 5min driving distance from a supermarket and convenience store. I would characterize the property as a “private villa”. One of my favorite properties in Chile.

Very nice Department, quiet and safe area for children. easy access and very good location that connects walking to the different beaches, to the village , commerce, etc. Marcelo and his team are always available, very attentive and responsive to any request. It was a quiet and pleasant stay from start to finish. 100% recommended!! We will definitely be back.

Excellent house, it has a beautiful view of Zapallar and the sea, the quincho area and pool is very nice...We really liked the vegetation that surrounds the house very but very nice everything. We were a group of 7 people and we had a great time... ideal for the discount and family.
