Nice place to stay near Raymond James Stadium. There's a park across the street which was nice to walk and the neighborhood itself was quiet. We took an Uber to Raymond James but decided to walk back after the concert was over and it was a very easy walk. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by walking and driving distance. I'd definitely return and recommend if in the area again.

Peter’s place is very aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and well decorated, the property is very beautiful. The location is so convenient as it is close to the airport, the plaza, grocery stores and even the Amalie arena, which was perfect since we went to a bolts game. The entrance is also gated so we felt safe during our stay, all in all it’s a great find for those staying in Tampa - Thanks, Peter!

Joseph's place was exactly as advertised. Pictures matched perfectly. Nice, clean place. We needed to be close to McGill AFB so it worked out great for us. Neighborhood is going through a transition, but it's still working through recovery of last years storm so not an issue. We will definitely stay here again.

The home was absolutely perfect for our stay. We went to Tampa for a Busch Gardens family vacation and the pool was the cherry on top for the kids. The communication was amazing as well. When we are in Tampa again, we will most definitely see if this rental is available again!
