Villa São Roque is a modern house, built from scratch and located on the waterfront, in a quiet area of the typical São Roque neighborhood. With spacious and functional interiors, it stands out for its pleasant outdoor spaces: a saltwater pool and several areas designed to relax and enjoy the view over the Atlantic. Right at the door of the Villa, in the small bay in front, you can fish on the rocks, swim in the natural ocean pool or enjoy the tiny beach next to the islet.

It is a farm with three houses, T2, T1, and a T0, with private garden space. The houses have a living room, kitchen, individual bathrooms. There is a barbecue, and swimming pool. The farm features a convivial space, all with a view between the sea and the mountain that provides an ideal balance for a relaxing holiday. It is located near Ribeira Grande, and Ponta Delgada (12km/13min), St.Barbara beach (9km/10min), and natural pools (4km/7min).

Old, restored house, integrated into a magnificent garden. Swimming pool and gym. Close to Ponta Delgada, with good access to the entire island. Ideal for relaxing vacations in contact with nature, both in summer and winter. It has air-conditioning and two fireplaces, which give the house a lot of comfort in the winter. The house is located in the center of the island and on the north coast near beaches and surrounded by green spaces. The bedrooms are large with closets. House with three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms and an office. It has free internet and a study/work desk. My space is good for couples, individual adventures, business travelers, families up to 10 people and groups. Backyard with barbecue, garage for laundry treatment.

It is also about 5 minutes from the Batalha Golf Course, as well as the Poços natural pools. Santa Barbara Beach is about 12 minutes away. From this location, you can reach any tourist spot on the island in less than 50 minutes.
