This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

Seszelki in Masuria

A holiday cottage in Masuria, one on a fenced plot of 1,000 m2, with pets allowed. The cottage has a comfortably equipped kitchen with a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. We provide bedding, towels, a projector and screen, and we also make available a boat, kayak, bicycles, SUPs, and deck chairs. On the property, there are swings, a barbecue, a fire pit, a covered terrace with garden furniture, and it is very close to one of the cleanest lakes in Masuria. Charging vehicles from the outlet is not allowed.

Overlooking a forest, lake Mielno, pastures with Polish Trakehner horses, a French-style garden, the 600 sq-meter living quarters is located in tranquil Mazury, two hours from Warsaw by car and thirty minutes from Olsztyn. Beyond a luxurious and tranquil environment, the property provides plenty of outdoor activities, including: fishing, swimming, hiking, biking and kayaking.

A 5-bedroom house for 10 people. A living room with a fireplace connected to the kitchen. In the Barn there is a billiard room with a fireplace. The house has a very large wooden terrace with a Jacuzzi (open in the summer season), sun loungers, sofas and an outdoor dining room. The barn is located in a large garden for the exclusive use of guests, with access to a pond with a bridge. There is free Wi-Fi in the house. The barn is an allergy-friendly place, so we invite you to come without pets.

The house is located in a picturesque place between two bodies of water, perfect for people who want peace and relaxation, excluding parties 🙂 This is the only cottage on the plot. Fully fenced area, with a jetty providing access to water (no baths allowed). We offer a 3-person boat. Lake Saxon the Great is about 200 meters away, where bathing is possible. Szczęśliwy Domek is a comfortable, spacious house for rent. It has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a living room with a kitchen. Equipped with board games, TV with Netflix and high-speed internet. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and the entire area is carefully developed.
