Olga's place was perfect for our family. The place is spacious and the layout of the rooms I allow to accommodate our whole group pleasantly. Olga was always very attentive during our visit and thank her for her brilliant attention.

My family and I have to stay there for a medical treatment in the hospital near there, and it was an amazing place. great for kids, and for a peaceful place. The communication was always great, and the attention was good. I will stay there again if i have to.

The place is clean, it's exactly the same as the photos, the reception and the kindness of the manager is great. The place is highly recommended.

The house is very nice, big and private. Communication with Yamile was excellent, when we arrived at the house they were waiting for us to give us instructions and make us feel at home. I recommend it.

Everything was great, recommended. The only thing I would recommend is the management of the humidity smell because when you enter the apartment you can smell it. Otherwise, everything is great.

Excellent accommodation, the apartment is very cozy, very easy to reach. It is a block away from the central park of floridablanca, a lot of commerce around it. Comfortable furniture, bed and pillows. Just a few kitchen utensils and another fan are missing. Everything else is fine. We had an oversight with the keys and Javier I help us immediately with kindness! Great host, highly recommended to the entire Airbnb community.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay in Floridablanca. It's quiet, safe and still close to the center (by car). Everything you need for a short or long stay is in there. Also, great host with good communication. 🙃

Very nice apartment with jungle views, highly recommended. The reception of the building always helps you, receives people, orders a taxi for you and also helps you with everything else. In the building complex there are many small shops with everything you need for everyday needs. By taxi, you can reach the center in 5 minutes and it costs 1 to 2 euros. Really great and Melina is a super good host. I'll be back!

Very well kept apartment in a good location, clean and spacious, and host was super responsive! They welcomed us into the apartment on very short notice, and even replaced the blender that broke within less than a day. Very satisfied and would stay here again.

You've heard the saying "location, location?" This apartment was in a perfect location-close to Cacique Mall, Bosque Parque, 21 Cafe coffee shop, etc. It is a lovely apartment with plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. The host, Zaira, is a dream host - friendly, responsive & just very warm. Building was easy to find for Uber & ALL of the security staff were friendly. The building is very secured which was a plus for us. The huge terrace on the 2nd fl of apartment has an amazing view that catches the cool breezes. I personally loved the washer & clotheslines. I really can't say enough about this apartment. We will be back!

This is a great place to stay, if you’re running errands or have to visit Centro International de Especialistas or El Pinar Clinic is very accessible and convenient. The place was immaculate clean, swimming pool was great, concierge and security staff are amazing. Clara & Miguel are super nice, friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely on my next trip to Bucaramanga I’m staying at this place again 10 stars to this place. Great experience.
