Townhouse holiday rentals in Piedmont

We had three children with us and I thought it was great. There were plenty of high chairs, a travel cot, plastic cups, and even a stool for the sink. Only disturbing were the arm irons and the beeping of the equipment to keep the moles away. They ran all day so you could not sit in peace on the terrace. Otherwise, the place was really great. Happy to come back and have a clear recommendation.

We had a very nice stay. The house and view were very nice. However, you are dependent on a car because the house is relatively remote. By car, however, you can reach the nearest city in 10 minutes. The access road is not suitable for every vehicle because of the steep and narrowness.

We stayed for almost 3 weeks during the ski season and it was perfect for us and the guests who joined us. We were out most of the day and evening, either skiing, spa or snow.shoe walking in Sauze or visiting historical places nearby. There was a 5min walk to the train station where you could get the train to Turin (1hr 15min) or a bus to the ski resort (15mins). There was plenty of free parking at the appartment if you come by car and only a 15 drive to the ski resort. All the local cafes, bars and restaurants all served excellent local food and wine, and of course coffees. There were plenty more in Sauze if you want more of the night life, but we were happy with a little apres ski and the 8pm bus down to Oulx. The residents of Oulx where very hospitable and friendly and helped us with our smattering of italian. Marco was very helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. We'll definitely book to stay here again and would recommend it.

We were Alessia's guests for 15 days, the information received for check-in was very clear, timely and accurate, flexible check-in is a great convenience. The apartment matches the listing photos and the cleanliness is great. The garage from which you can directly access the house is very convenient. The location is great, sunny with panoramic mountain views during the day and in the evening you can admire the stars. Nearby you can reach all the necessary services. We thank Alessia for always being available, quick to respond and kind.

Fabrizio was a great host. He was always easy to reach and gave us good advice both on the way and for possible activities. The place was clean. The smell at the apartment took some getting used to.

Spacious house, perfect for our needs. Great outdoor space/terrace with gorgeous view of Lago Maggiore. A quick walk to the local grocery store in Pino for fresh rolls and cheese in the morning. A very friendly and nice lady lives in the house next door.

It was our second time at Rita's and it went very well again.

The apartment was just as described in Katrin´s text above. Perfect just next to lago Maggiore. And the apartment has everything.

Beautiful private residence with lots of green spaces, the homes are not on top of each other. Tennis court and 2 swimming pools: a 25m large for swimming and a splash pool. A caretaker is present and very available. The accommodation is large enough for a couple and 2 children with a terrace on the ground floor. The environment is quiet. Thank you to Cesare for hosting us! We had a great holiday in this charming area on the heights of Lake Maggiore.

We had a lovely stay at Roberta's. It is very clean, the rooms are spacious and the accommodation is well equipped. There were 5 of us, and we appreciated that there were 2 bathrooms. Good hospitality from the owners and the pool manager.

Beautiful modern house with an amazing view and big garage. Great communication with the host. The location is perfect if you are by car. You have a little market 5min walk with the most necessary things. For everything else you need a car or have to walk down stairs to the coast for about 15-20min. The walk to the stairs is not perfect, since you have to walk 40-50m on the mainroad. Important to note also that you can hear everything word by word between the two bed rooms. We would definitely come again, because overall the house was great and the location perfect to discover como.

We spent two really nice days with Emanuela and her daughter Priscilla. We immediately felt at home – the two are very friendly and helpful. Our three-year-old son had a lot of fun playing with Diletta, her granddaughter – it was great to see the two of them together! Everything worked out without any problems, even with our baby: The apartment was clean and well organized. We felt completely comfortable and would gladly recommend the stay. There is so much positive to say about this experience. Giulia and Paolo were fantastic hosts. My family of five stayed here when traveling from the US for Taylor Swift. Giulia was very responsive, with great recommendations for local eats. We loved that the home felt very safe, secure, and secluded, yet walking distance to dozens of restaurants, and a groceries store that was quaint, yet provided all the essentials. I tend to not sleep well in dusty environments due to breathing complications. No issues with that in this sterile home. The house was very clean. I felt the home was a fantastic value. Can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Giulia and Paolo for your hospitality.

Very nice host, promptly responsive and friendly. Great neighborhood in a quiet, shady street but very close to the tram line and restaurants and cafes nearby. Convenient transportation to Duomo. Old but charming townhouse with very beautiful tiled floors and decor. Washer and Dryer in the house was convenient. In hot summer weather AC helps a bit - but otherwise an Excellent Place to stay. Very clean accommodation, beautiful location, peaceful; House large enough for 3 adults and 3 children, which was necessary because of a mild weather and allowed the children to carry out indoor activities on some days. Interesting location allowing visits to the Lombard bank of Lake Major.

The place was very nice & modernly furnished. Exactly my taste. Seba was very easy to reach and was very nice & accommodating. The location is quiet and relaxed. We had a lovely time.

We had a great experience staying at Bertrand's apartment during a very hot week in June. We had a work welcome by Elena, who let us into the property and showed us around, including the hidden washing machine in the downstairs bathroom:) The apartment is as described, with a king-sized bed upstairs and very comfortable sofa bed(s) on the ground floor. Additionally, there's a door at the top of the stairs that separates the two floors, providing more privacy. We enjoyed sitting outside the property in the evening after a long day of sightseeing (I recommend Sacre San Michele for any Name of the Rose fans), and we even got to meet Bertrand there. The apartment is in an enclosed courtyard, with its own parking spot, so it couldn't be more convenient. The building is close to the river and very central, making it the ideal choice for a stay in Turin.

A beautiful house in a beautiful setting. 5 mins walk to the lake. Lenno is a lovely town and it's easy to commute to many if the other towns around the lake.

Luigia's house is the perfect place for a vacation, it has everything you need and more. when summer days are hot inside the house is cool and comfortable. Luigia is the perfect host, very friendly and she is always there in case you need something. we definitely recommend this house.

We spent one night at Flavio's place. The house was great, with spectacular views of the Alps. On top of that, the hosts were very friendly and answered all our questions. A very good experience!
