La casa è molto grande e accogliente con un bel camino, inoltre è attrezzata con una cucina per divertirsi a cucinare i prodotti tipici locali. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Passare una notte al chiericciolo è un'esperienza unica.

Following the recent activation of the limited traffic zone (ZTL), our garage cannot be reached during closing hours. A period residence in the heart of the historic center of Assisi, convenient for getting around on foot with free on-site parking. The house includes a large dining room with a view of the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two private bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television, and heating.

Casetta Valentina is a former barn inside the courtyard of the Casale del Gelso (an old farmhouse from the late 1800s) and located in the Marche countryside. The Il Monte apartment, on the first floor, takes its name from its garden side entrance, which is accessed via an external staircase that leads to a small covered terrace that can accommodate two comfortable seats for reading and relaxing and the table with private wrought iron chairs in the garden with a small gazebo.
