Très bon séjour dans le studio "le petit parisien". Le studio est extrêmement propre. L'entrée se fait de manière autonome. Paulo nous a mis plein de petits attentions que nous avons découvert à notre arrivée (jus de fruits frais, gâteaux, chocolats, thé, café, produits cosmétiques...), tout est sur place pour se se sentir bien comme dans un petit cocon. Merci Paulo pour votre accueil et vos petites attentions ! Nous recommandons vivement cet Airbnb !

Le logement est bien équipé et propre , tres proche du train pour aller a paris en 50 min ,le plus la place de stationnement

The apartment itself was lovely—just as pictured, clean, well-equipped, modern, and comfortable. The host was responsive and everything inside the unit met our expectations. While the apartment is great, the surrounding neighborhood felt very unsafe to us—especially at night. We didn’t experience anything directly threatening, but the general environment didn’t feel secure. If you’re planning to explore Paris and return late, especially as a woman, you may want to factor that into your decision. In short: beautiful apartment, but the neighborhood may not be the right fit for everyone.

Het appartement ligt in een groene en rustige buurt. Praktisch ingericht en heel schoon. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door Jérémie en hij gaf nauwkeurige informatie over het appartement en de omgeving. Supermarkt, bakker zijn om de hoek en het treinstation is ook binnen korte loopafstand te bereiken. Je zit binnen een kwartier in Parijs. Het Italiaanse restaurant San Marco is dichtbij en het eten is heerlijk. Bij een volgend bezoek zou ik zo weer boeken bij Jérémie en Kitkat. Rustig thuiskomen na een bruisend Parijs.

Great apartment. Very close to train station into the city Accommodation is very clean modern, quiet and safe. Would recommend staying here. Loved it.

Vielen lieben Dank an Camille und Elsa. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Als der Föhn nicht funktionierte, haben sie sofort für Ersatz gesorgt und waren auch sonst bei allen Fragen für uns da. Die Gegend ist sehr multikulturell und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Bis ins Zentrum dauert es mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur 20-30 min. Ladet Euch am besten die SNFC App runter. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit.

Mijn verblijf bij Geoffroy was top! Alles wat in de beschrijving stond, was aanwezig en zelfs meer dan verwacht. Het appartement was schoon, comfortabel en goed uitgerust. De buurt is rustig, wat zorgde voor een ontspannen sfeer. Ook de buurvrouw was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat een extra fijn gevoel gaf. Ik zou deze plek zeker aanraden aan anderen en kom zelf graag nog eens terug!

Nous avons eu un super accueil, du café, des boissons fraîches etc.. Un garage pour notre voiture. De bonnes recommandations sur les lieu, pour manger, se déplacer etc.. Appartement très beau et très propre (jusque dans la cage d’escalier) Réactif au moindre appel, au top du top! Nous reviendrons pour nos prochains concert sans hésiter ! Nima es un anfitrión EXCELENTE super recomendado. Desde el minuto 1 estuvo al pendiente de todo, desde que llegué al aeropuerto, se comunicó conmigo y me ayudó a trasladarme hasta su casa. Fue flexible y compresivo con los horarios de entrada y salida. A pesar de no manejar el idioma de ambos, llegamos a un punto medio en el cual nos pudimos comunicar muy bien. Atento, empatico, amable, educado, servicial y muy cercano. Su amabilidad y gentileza fue de otro mundo y me recibió con café, galletas y un par de rosas de su jardín. Vamos ¡un encantador nato! Sin duda alguna repetiré, la estadía en su casa.

O anfitrião foi extremamente receptivo e comunicativo, nos ajudou muito dando dicas e quando tivemos um contratempo o kit de emergência que havia na casa foi a salvação! O local é muito bem organizado e limpo, a entrada é fácil e é relativamente perto da estação, tem mercado e farmácia próximo. Recomendo muito!!

The apt was incredible and Julien was a great host. He left little surprises throughout the apt for us and even left us a parting gift. The neighborhood was very family friendly and it was great for late evening walks to cool off. Apt had everything we could have possibly needed and Julien was even able to accommodate our early check in time. Highly recommend staying here is you are visiting Paris!

We had a great stay at Alex’s place! The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible! Although we had a busy schedule while in Paris we made time to sit and enjoy both breakfast and wine on the balcony. Very close to the metro, local markets, and restaurants which was super convenient!

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

Lovely apartment in safe area of Paris a short walk to Arc de Triomphe. Apartment was beautifully furnished with all amenities needed- soaps, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer, nice towels and linens. Beds comfortable with nice pillows and linens. Quiet neighborhood. Hosts are very good communicators. Would book with them again.

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Nous avons passé une soirée d’anniversaire inoubliable dans cet appartement rooftop absolument parfait ! Dès les premiers échanges, les hôtes ont été incroyablement réactifs, amicaux et à l’écoute : chaque question a reçu une réponse quasi immédiate. Tout est pensé pour faciliter le séjour : un manuel d'utilisation clair et complet, une cuisine fonctionnelle avec lave-vaisselle ! Une grande table conviviale, des lits sont très confortables et des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre, idéal avec la chaleur, les espaces bien aménagés, et la terrasse tient toutes ses promesses ! Plusieurs assises permettent de créer différentes ambiances, et le jacuzzi est juste exceptionnel. Tout était réuni pour une soirée réussie entre amis. Nous avions prévu d'aller à la fête de la musique mais... on a préféré rester là ! C’est dire si l’endroit était parfait… En résumé : un lieu unique, bien équipé, et parfaitement adapté à un moment festif. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
