The apartment comprises the entire 1st floor of the house, 118 m2, with living room, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Access is independent, your car parked directly at the foot of the stairs. The large balcony is located in front of the living room. There's no elevator. You have free access to the pool. The living room and the southwest bedroom, which includes a small desk, are air-conditioned. Internet access is via Wi-Fi. I live on the ground floor myself, there are no other residents.

Enjoy a private outdoor area to drink your tea/coffee in the sun before heading out to explore the city. Everything is in walking distance from our address. The Sextius Baths are 300 m away, the Cardeurs restaurants are 500 m away, the Cézanne workshop is 800 m away, and the Rotunda is 900 m away.
