This river retreat has something for everyone. In addition to the large main 2-story house, there is a detached game room with pool table, Pac-Man game, large TV, mini kitchen and full bathroom. Property has several outdoor games, 3 porches, great fishing right off the dock and two tandem kayaks for use in our canal. Tie off room for several boats on our 80ft dock - only a short cruise by boat or car to beautiful springs, restaurants and bars. Close to Daytona and Orlando! Wildlife galore.

Relax with the whole family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. House by the lake with spacious 20 acres of private wilderness. Florida’s best natural springs 15-20min away. Wonder the trails of largest National forest or take your boat to the ramp nearby and explore St Johns river. The house is spacious and can accommodate multiple families. Farm life at its best! Located right next to our tree farm, bass stocked pond with dock on property, decor is Palm trees, Exotic Zebra farm life. There is a Chicken coop to feed chickens and gather eggs (if they are laying). Pasture with miniature Mediterranean donkey, ( Pablo) Zebra. (Ruby ) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo), pig, (Georgia ) and a lamb (Grady ). I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically. We also have a beautiful venue you can rent for a weddings or an an event.
