On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and bathroom and upstairs there are 2 small rooms

A massage chair, hot tub and sun loungers are available throughout your stay. Behind the house is an oasis of peace in the form of a small magical garden under the forest with a second terrace, where you will find outdoor seating, a barbecue and a fireplace for roasting. Rental of paddleboard and inflatable canoe by agreement.

Our barrier free home is located in a modern, family oriented development, Lodenica. We are a 2 min drive/10 min walk via a beautiful and protected wheelchair path to the Adeli Medical Centre. NO SMOKING INSIDE PLEASE NOTE that we have two adult cats that are members of our family they were both born here and are extremely friendly. they are indoor/outdoor and it is very easy to take care of them. they love children. if you are not comfortable with cats please do not send a request. NO PETS.

Apartmán ponúka nádherný výhľad na vodnú nádrž Sĺňava. Pozostáva zo samostatnej kúpeľne so sprchovým kútom, z plne vybavenej kuchyne a z obývacej časti, kde sa nachádza gauč, ktorý sa po rozložení zmení na plnohodnotné spacie lôžko s rozmermi 180 x 200 cm (22 cm výška matraca). K apartmánu patrí aj balkón s posedením. Hostia môžu taktiež využívať vonkajší bazén s terasou a ležadlami na slnenie (predpokladané spustenie do prevádzky leto 2025) a mestské bicykle, ktoré ponúkame pre hostí zdarma.

Záhrada a vstupná cesta s hlavnou bránou v spoločnom používaní so mnou a mojou manželkou (máme iný súkromný vchod do vedľajšieho objektu). Na dvore je parkovisko a pred bránou je ďalšie miesto pre auto.
