Ingresso indipendente al piano terra dove si trova il salotto con camino e divano letto per una persona. Al primo piano si trova la cucina completa di posate ,bicchieri, calici da vino e forno a microonde. Al secondo piano si trova la camera da letto, con letto in pelle e 2 armadi. Il bagno adiacente alla camera è dotato di lavatrice e colonna doccia idromassaggio.
