Holiday rentals with breakfast in Pigneto, Rome

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Giulia was a lovely host, extremely helpful and kind. Check in worked out flawlessly. The apartment is located close to public transport which made exploring the city easy. I would totally recommend this stay for anybody who wants to see rome!

Uma experiência incrível . O bairro é distante do centro mais na esquina já tem o metrô que te conecta com tudo. Tudo muito limpo, lugar totalmente equipado, tem tudo que precisamos. O que mais gostei foi que mesmo eu nao falando italiano consegui conversar super bem com a Rosetta. Ela deixou um cafezinho delicioso também para nós. Com certeza vou indicar e vou voltar. Obrigada 😍

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

Byt je menší, ale velmi útulný. Skvělá vířivka s laditelným osvětleným. Velmi pohodlná postel, nechtělo se nám ani vstávat. 🙂 20 min na metro, ale kdo by se v Římě neprošel, takže i lokalitu beru vcelku za dobrou. Hostitel je skvělý, dokáže nabídnout i něco navíc. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Vřele doporučuji. 👌✌️✌️

Nous avons passé un week-end en amoureux dans ce bel appartement. Le logement a été récemment rénové, très propre , spacieux, et facile d’accès, proche, commerce et métro. Nous recommandons ce logement. Andréa a été très réactif et a répondu à l’ensemble de nos interrogations. Merci à lui.

We had an excellent stay at Fabiana's apartment - we've never stayed at an apartment before that has exceeded expectations and looked even better than the photos. We were travelling with a baby and she went out of her way to make things easier for us (baby shampoo, changing mat etc). We had a few issues with the check in as Fabiana was unable to meet us on the day, but we expect that this was an exception and not the norm. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

Приятная квартира. В меру тихое место. Удобное расположение (метро в 2 минутах). Рядом продуктовый магазин и прекрасное кафе Necci В квартире есть почти всё, что нужно. Марко всегда на связи. Из того, что я отметил для себя, что было некомфортно или могло бы быть чуть комфортнее и удобнее: 1. Все полы в квартире уложены плиткой. В феврале холодно. Можно было бы положить где-то ковры для уюта. И нужны гостевые тапки. 2. Батареи установлены только в коридоре. Поэтому для того, чтобы в комнатах было тепло, нужно сильно включать отопление. К счастью, его можно настроить под свой комфорт 3. В ванной/туалете при закрытом окне пахнет канализацией, поэтому оставлял окно открытым и было прохладно 4. Для меня это не было проблемой, но посудомоечной машины нет 5. Несмотря на высокие потолки, в квартире достаточно слышно, как ходят соседи сверху. 6. В один из вечеров под окном шумели посетители местного бара. Было слышно. В целом, квартирой доволен. Спасибо!

A wonderful place to stay in Rome. As a family of 5, having somewhere we could chill out after a busy day exploring this great city was important, and this was a great apartment for that. The local San Lorenzo area has some lovely little cafes, bars and restaurants, and the bus from outside the apartment block will take you into the heart of the historic Roman areas. The apartment itself was both stylish and practical, with everything we needed. We had great hosts who kept in touch throughout, were very responsive, helpful and flexible. Thank you!

très bel appartement à proximité immédiate du stade olympique très bien desservi par les transports Francesco est un hote très agréable et proactif nous avons beaucoup échangé par message pour les restaurants et il est d une grande écoute

Close to the termini and very clean and spacious room. Checking in and keys are digital and instructions are very clear. Not the host’s fault but some other guests inside the airbnb made some really huge noises past midnight and woke us up, which was inconvenient but everything else was great.

Me encanto hospedarme aquí, nos recibió una señora encantadora y muy amable! Un placer, la ubicación esta buena, estas a 20 min de todo y la casa super limpia!

La camera in cui ho soggiornato è in un appartamento di 3 camere. La mia aveva il bagno interno. Arredata con gusto e accessoriata di tutto. Pulita e curata, con tv wi-fi e sistema di condizionamente. Ho trovato in camera anche alcuni prodotti senza glutine per la colazione, visto che sono celiaca. Check in e check out senplici, con possibilita di lasciare i bagagli prima o dopo a seconda degli orari di arrivo e partenza. Riccardo è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato indicazioninsia per i luoghi da visitare che i locali in cui mangiare. Consigliato a pieni voti!

We are so glad we found this beautiful AirBnb. Marilla gave us the loveliest welcome and we felt right at home in this wonderful apartment. The location in central Pigneto is great - super easy to use the metro and bus system with some delicious restaurant choices just a few minutes walk away. It was lovely to come back to a quieter neighbourhood (though not lacking in charm and character) after a busy day in central Rome. The apartment was spotless and the breakfast items were much appreciated. We would love to stay again!

The room was very nice and clean. All the attractions were easy to access by bus or walking. Emanuela was great and all the time asnwered to my questions!!🥰

Che dire . in questo caso 5 stelle quasi poche. Host gentilissimo,reattivo e attento ai particolari. Abbiamo scelto la struttura perchè la sera dovevamo assistere ad un concerto al parco della musica e a questo scopo la struttura è perfetta. ambiente pulito accogliente dotato di tutto quello che può essere necessario per la notte. assolutamente consigliatissimo
