Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pigneto, Rome

It’s a beautiful apartment with a proactive hosting team. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and rooms are nicely furnished. We reported some issue late night, and it was fixed right next day during the hours that we were out. We would stay here again next time we go to Rome. I highly recommend this apartment.

As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how you checked in on me and responded quickly when I had trouble with the AC—you came by immediately with your maintenance guy. I felt safe, cared for, and welcomed. You also gave me great birthday dinner recommendations and had a super helpful welcome booklet with curated spots and things to do around Rome. The apartment was exactly like the photos—clean, stylish, and perfect for content. All the amenities worked, and the location was ideal—just 15 mins from the Colosseum and close to public transport. 100/10 experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Grazie, Stephano!

Just got back from a great stay at Antonio’s place. It’s in a great location, easy to walk into the centre, about 25 minutes from the Colosseum. Or it’s two mins away from the metro station. The apartment is exactly how it looks in the pictures, and very clean and tidy. There are some decent bars and restaurants nearby too. Antonio was very friendly and had great communication before and during the stay. I’d recommend his place to friends and family, no problem.

The home was beautiful. It was updated and very spacious. The location is a huge positive; approximately 5-10 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Getting around is extremely easy with the Metro within walking distance. Miguel is an extremely responsive host; he provided recommendations for transport to the airport where I had a very early departure flight. All in all a great place to stay for our vacation. We all loved it.

My family of 3 had such a wonderful stay at Angelica’s! It looks exactly like the pictures. It was spacious, modern and clean. The apartment was only a 5 min walk to the metro and about 20-30 mins to most major attractions. Angelica is a sweetheart, super responsive to messages. She allowed us to bring our bags well before check in time, use the bathroom and change into clothes appropriate for the hot weather. This was really very kind as we had been traveling all night. The beds were very comfortable and the black out shades were perfect for getting a good sleep. Giant tv in the living room was great for a movie night as well. Angelica gave us restaurant recommendations and also helped me figure out the best method to get to Termini during a metro strike. Check out was simply leaving, not a long list of things to do. I would definitely recommend staying at this cute Airbnb out of the way of the busy city center!

Olga and Nicola were wonderful! They were flexible with our check in and were kind enough to even give us a ride from the airport! It’s a wonderful place with buses to the city center but in a nice local neighborhood away from the chaos of the actual city. Would love to come stay here again!

I cannot recommend Gianni’s place enough! The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was bright and roomy with big windows opening up onto quiet courtyards. The apartment was very quiet - even though located in the city centre. It was beautiful waking up and to hear the birds chirping in the morning. We also did a private guided tour of the city with Gianni which was amazing. Gianni has an in-depth knowledge of the history and all things Rome - which he shares in a passionate manner. This is the best way to explore the city - especially for first time visitors.

Beautiful place in a lovely peaceful part of Rome. Amazing garden. Paolo and Claudio were great hosts too.

One of the best of the many Airbnbs I've stayed in. We could really feel that we were staying in someone's real family home, and Sabina took real care in making us feel at home, even leaving us champagne, fruit, bread and local sweets -- really above and beyond. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and loved our stay (and wish we could have stayed longer). Very charming neighborhood outside the main stressy area of central Rome!

Most things about our stay were great. The house appears to have been recently remodeled, so everything was very clean. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which we really appreciated. Public transportation was also convenient—bus, metro, and tram stops were all nearby, about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. The only minor downside was that there is a locked door in the bedroom that connects to the host’s yard. While it was securely locked, some guests might feel a bit uncomfortable with that setup.

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

We loved our stay at Simone’s. Great space, easy bus access. Lovely garden for aperitivo. One button wash/dry machine for clothes was nice. Great A/C and wifi. Fresh fruit! Can’t wait to go back.

Very central location, spacious. Good location for colosseum in particular, and good restaurants nearby.

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

Andrea just redefined what a 5 star host should be for me. The communication was A1 for start to finish. With helpful indication on how to get there from the airport, personalized guide of local point of interest and all messaged were answered quickly. The location was amazing as well.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Giordano’s place was clean and very well appointed. Check in was a breeze! We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was not too far from the Colosseum, but the trip to the Vatican City was quite a far walk. I would suggest taking the metro line if you are going up that way. Overall, loved our stay!

Great place to stay, an inside to a more local experience other than being surrounded by the tourists and loud places all the time. It was close to the metro station so it was easy to move around. Stefano was very helpful and responsive, gave us great recommendations of places nearby.

Perfect in every way. The location was perfect, just steps away from the Colosseum and many other sights. Lots of great places to eat close by and also a supermarket and mini-market across the street. Close to the Metro and hop-on/hop-off bus. The apartment was perfect, modern, comfortable and super-clean and had all the amenities you could need. I’m sure if there was something else you needed the hosts would assist with no problem at all. Thank you Stephano and Francesca for a wonderful stay and we will be back again for sure in the cooler months.

We loved our stay here! The condo was very clean on arrival and we were welcomed with an assortment of pastries and bottle of wine. Silvia thought of everything we could need during our stay and had it stocked for our arrival - we did not need to buy any household items while there. The condo is beautiful inside and the bed was very comfortable. Our check in process was smooth and Silvia provided very clear instructions on how to use various appliances in the place. We loved our time here and would highly recommend this stay!
