The owners' attention was very good, timely and friendly, the house was very clean, very nice and always gave a timely solution to the inconveniences presented. Excellent porter service; however, some relevant points are attached for future guests to consider during their stay: 1. Despite the existence of the water heater, we were never allowed access to hot water. 2. We were not allowed to use the patio of clothes, which affected us a lot because when we arrived wet from the parks we could not wash the clothes and it was smelling very bad. 3. They fixed the pasture once we left the house, it had to be fixed before our arrival. 4. It is recommended, improve the entertainment system in the living room (it is recommended to put TV in the living room) since throughout the house there were only 2 TVs. The experience was Wonderful, Mario's service is always excellent, always ready, responds quickly and solves, the best attitude always, no matter the time or need. The estate was complete for us, even though they were in the house next door, we always felt in our space with privacy, but accompanied for whatever we needed. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the play area is very complete and pleasant, the pool is delicious, the climate was perfect with good sun . We hired the cook and Mrs. Marina was very friendly and the perfect combination to enjoy the rest at Villa Claudia

The house is very well located (short drive of restaurants and tourism places) and very well kept. It had all the ammenities necesary for a big group of people (we were 10). Highly recommend!

The apartment is as it appears in the photos: very clean, pleasant and well equipped. It had everything you need for cooking, although I would suggest including a grill or toaster for roasting arepas. Beds are very comfortable and overall we felt at ease throughout the stay. As it is quite hot, I would recommend having more fans. The hostess was always attentive and responded quickly to all our questions. We loved the place and would definitely come back. The location is strategic to know the coffee axis, easy access. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need (there are details in the endowment that facilitate the stay). The set is very nice, quiet and close to the village. True to photos. The host was very attentive, helpful and understanding with what we needed.

It's a nice apartment, perfect for relaxing, spending time with family or friends

It is a good place to stay with the family, the apartment is organized and well equipped, Mr. Juan Carlos very kind was attentive to our arrival and was also flexible with check-in and checkout, the place is easy to access from the main roads. We do not have to enter the village to enter the condominium, we did not manage to enjoy the humid areas because we do not have a swim cap, recommended that they arrive, very close to the coffee park. It was very suitable for what my family and I expected.

I am very grateful to Mrs. Blanca and Mr. Fernando. It was a beautiful experience, a very pleasant space. The environment is beautiful and the cabin offers all the comforts to enjoy and get out of the city routine. Outside the Cabin you can find the Artisanal Bakery Pan de la Virgen, where Don Hernando makes some of the most delicious breads we have ever tasted.

Everything was excellent. The place is just as shown in the photos, very clean, cozy and well cared for. The hostess was very kind and always willing to resolve any concerns, as well as being flexible with schedules, which we really appreciate. As an observation (not as a criticism), it would be useful to indicate from the beginning the operating hours of the jacuzzi, since after a certain time it is not possible to turn it on. Still, it was a great experience and we would definitely come back.

Our experience at the La Luisa estate was really excellent. From the first moment we felt welcomed by the tranquility of the place, surrounded by nature, green landscapes and a perfect environment to rest and disconnect from the daily rhythm. The estate is very well cared for, with comfortable and clean spaces that invite relaxation. Yudy, the host, was exceptional: always attentive, kind and willing to help us in everything we needed. Your warmth made us feel at home. Definitely a place we hope to come back to and that we highly recommend.

The cabin really is a very nice place, it is very nice and very well equipped. the area where it is located is quiet, but it is close to the village by car (15 min). Claudia and her husband were very nice and were very attentive to give us directions for arrival, as the map took us to another place, but with the indications, we were able to call easily, additionally they gave us several recommendations of places in Seville. The only thing is that the cabin has a bit of humidity, so if you're allergic, I recommend bringing anti-stamine.
