I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to us since we planned to visit Starcity, with nearby stores. The aesthetic of the place is top notch and great for birthday photos (just like I did). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again! (Thank you Host for the free Nespresso capsules! Hihi)

My husband and I had amazing stay at Danilo's place. He is also very responsive. Every detail inside the unit was perfect from the stylish furnishings moroccan inspired and the balcony view was absolutely stunning a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!:)

Secure area with an outstanding view of Rizal park, Manila bay, and the city. Ice cold living room AC and a small bedroom AC made the place comfortably cool. Had an issue with the smart lock but our host Maria was super helpful, professional, and polite - and she diffused the problem. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended another day. Just note that if you order food service delivery- past 8pm - it gets dropped off in the P2 garage. We would stay here again.

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb, which is perfectly located near SM Central, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience. From the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful touches, everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily return for another stay. Highly recommended!

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

Veronica's place is perfect – Highly Recommend! We all had an amazing experience - relaxing, clean, comfortable beds and complete with amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Tatay Abet also welcomes us warmly and always their when needed. We appreciate that the host even provided us with welcome gifts. There are coffe and complete toiletries where you will that you are home away from home. The location is also perfect. We will definitely go back! :)

The place was incredibly homey and impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape from the busy city life. The ambiance was just fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Being surrounded by nature was truly rejuvenating. The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

Super great deal.  Felt so homey as a family with kids. Cozy and clean house and a very kind owner. They welcomed us with personal greetings and fruits that my kids loved! The pool was so much fun! Not crowded as it is private and not pricey... its so affordable to guests who wants to swim. Complete items that a house should have. They offered soap and shampoo, towels and complete kitchen items. Overall this listing is one of the bests you could have in airbnb.

This is probably the most peaceful and quiet place we've ever booked. People in the area are nice and helpful. The host is quick to respond. The LPG suddenly ran out and it was replaced in a matter of minutes after I messaged Karen. The house was clean and we appreciate the appliances it has such as the hot/cold dispenser and washer. I love that the house has everything that are actually functioning and not just for the photo description.

Even tho Rupert was over seas in a different time zone he was able to reply in a timely manner, the house is an authentic Filipino household and if you’re born here you’ll feel back at home if visiting from abroad . 10/10 would stay here again if needed

We had a great stay! The house was spotless and beautifully designed with wood and black steel accents. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus a washer, dryer, and iron. Wi-Fi and Netflix were a nice bonus, and the beds were super comfortable. My daughter and family were amazed by how lovely the place was. Highly recommended!

Renzo and Robert were wonderful hosts. The house that my family stayed at was immaculate and smelled great. The rooms were brightly lit, wonderfully clean, and with cold a/c. The bathrooms were modern in design, well maintained, and the showers had hot water. The wifi was fast and strong to my kids' delight. My father-in-law liked that there was Netflix on the tvs. He liked to wind down and relax in the living room. The dirty kitchen in the back was pretty convenient. I wouldn't even call it "dirty" - it was spotless and comfortable to be in. It felt like we were staying in a model home. We felt safe and secure staying in this gated subdivision with guards. My family absolutely enjoyed our stay at the House of David and would recommend it to others if they were looking for a place in the Angeles area. We'll probably stay here again.

I’m giving Anthony 5 stars because his hospitality was the best I’ve ever received out of any airbnb in the last 10+ years. He would respond immediately to questions at 3am even, which made me feel bad. However, some minor criticisms of the building are that two of the elevators were down for most of my stay so it took forever to go up and down to the 54th floor. Also, the pest control spraying every two weeks is a little annoying for longer stays, but it is worth it because I didn’t see a single pest for my entire one month stay.

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

Really great hosts, very responsive and unit is just like the pictures! easy to get cabs and close to cool Makati area, and has lots of food options at the mall. Washing machine was an amazing amentiy for a long term stay, will definitely book again if I'm in Manila

Hosts are very responsive and I must say, they are dedicated. I am glad to have stayed at their unit. It was clean and smelled really fresh. I was able to take good care of my husband coz the unit was perfect for us. Hope they host us again.
