The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. We appreciated Sumer's quick responses and helpful recommendations. We’d love to stay here again!

Nice host. Cozy arrangement. However, there were dogs barking crazily for non-stop 20mins at night which woke everyone up. There’s no hair dryers so better bring your own. After checking out, I found out I left my charger at the Airbnb and the host assisted me to get it back smoothly. Thank you!

Niloy is Very responsive, helpful. it was a very pleasant stay. Property is at prime area, very near by to Calangute beach (just 8-10 mins walk). Niloy also suggested good local reference e.g. rented scooter, Taxi. I will definitely prefer to stay here again. Thanks Niloy for pleasant stay.

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

Firstly, the property is located at a very great location. You need not worry to travel very far to find a decent place to hangout or dine in with live music. Everything is almost walkable. Along with that, the supermarket, covered the basic needs. The ambience of the property is very peaceful. Very well maintained swimming pool. Manali is very proactive and gave very clear cut instructions. She always responded in time when needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Nandan is friendly and responsive, which is great. A box of cookies on the house from the host was a lovely touch. A spacious and clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood with huge balconies, which I love. All amenities provided for a relaxing outing. Only the apartment does not have grocery stores or eateries in close proximity. A vehicle is a must for ease of movement.

A beautiful penthouse tucked away in a gated society far from the maddening crowd. Comes fully furnished with premium quality interiors in a tasteful fashion. The amenities provided here make for a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony and bedroom window are as good as they get. The pool was well-maintained as was the green belt in the complex. The housekeeping staff, Mr Tapan, was well-mannered and prompt. He kept the property squeaky clean. Would love to revisit this one!

I had a wonderful stay at Titu's place for my solo workation! The house was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect environment to work and relax. The functional kitchen was a great convenience, and the house help was polite and helpful. Titu was an exceptional host, always responsive and accommodating whenever I needed anything. There was a surprise gift hamper waiting for us, that was so sweet and thoughtful😍Had a wonderful homely stay, all the amenities at the property made our life very easy❤️Very comfortable, peaceful and beautiful surrondings. We had a cafe(Cafe Durga) and a grocery store at ground floor for quick and easy food plus groceries.🥰The property was cleaned everyday by the caretaker. 2 washrooms were an added advantage. The property had block game for kids🥳The infinity roof top pool and scenic views were the highlights of the property. Enjoyed alot there❤️The host ensured our hassle free checkin by connecting us with house caretaker. The caretaker was proactive, friendly and helpful, she helped us with getting the luggage at home.😇 All in all a great memorable stay, started missing the place already during my final packup, hope to visit soon again🥹❤️

Nice stay with a friendly host. It's within walking distance of small shops and restaurants and not too far away from the beach. The home was comfortable for a family that needed a bit of space. The security guard was helpful as well.

The place was really nice I have stayed previously also at this house/holiday complex and u really liked it that’s why I booked property at same location and this property offered by Terrence was very nice and clean. We were a big family of nine and this three bedroom apartment was too sufficient for us. The amenities in the complex like swiming pool was a plus as kids really enjoyed it. It is walkable from Candolim beach like 2km. This place is full of green surroundings and very quiet and relaxing if you want to have a stay in day as well. The WiFi was great the smart TV had OTT options again kids loved watching while we were at home(yes calling home as it felt like it) the only drawback is kitchen is too small but again when you go on holidays you don’t really want to cook at home but still if you want to you can. Zomato delivers here so you can also order food online. The vibe of the place was awesome. I liked it and I will book this place again.
