“In a native forest surrounded by mountains, with the Quilquihue River just 100 meters away and Lake Lolog only 300 meters away, you’ll find Encuentro Silvestre in a residential neighborhood, set on a 3,400 m² lot with wide open views. This tiny house on wheels is fully equipped with everything you might need, so you can enjoy an unforgettable vacation—comfortable and connected with the natural paradise around us. On the same property, there are two more 30 m² cabins and my workspace.

Se arrienda parcela con casa de 130 metros cuadrados, ubicada a 35 min de Pucón y 8 minutos de Curarrehue. Cuenta con tres dormitorios, dos baños, living comedor, cocina a leña, cocina a gas y sala de estar en segundo piso con escritorio y televisión con costo extra (servicio prepago). Agua caliente por serpentín y termo electrico. Entorno de bosque nativo, avistamiento de aves, vista a Cerro Las Peinetas y bajada al río Trancura. El uso de la tinaja tiene un costo extra.

Está rodeada por la inmensidad de la estepa patagónica, con una vista inmejorable al volcán Lanín, a 3 km de la entrada del parque nacional y con bajada al rio Chimehuin. Ideal para disfrutar de un lugar mágico en absoluta soledad. Un lugar aislado para desconectarse de la ansiedad de los celulares y las redes sociales y conectar con lo más simple y esencial, el rio, la montaña, el fuego.

Se encuentra en el barrio residencial Ruca Hue, a 12 km (20 minutos) del centro de San Martin de los Andes. Es de fácil acceso. Ruca Hue es un hermoso y tranquilo barrio rodeado de un entorno natural y vistas privilegiadas.
