I knew this was going to be a unique experience stayed in a historic home, but I didn't realize how comfortable and relaxing it would be. The home is so quiet and has all the modern conveniences integrated in a subtle way such that it does not ruin the ambience. Carmen and her daughter Melissa were so welcoming and hospitable. They not only helped us find good places to eat and experience nature, but they helped us find our ancestors in the local villages. This is next level hospitality. My only regret is that I didn't stay here longer!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay! Everything was clean and very cozy, there were many activities for children and you really felt like you were visiting someone you knew. In addition, the owner was very easy to get along with and I could turn to her at any time. I don't think this is the last time we'll be here. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The apartment is very nicely located, clean and very well equipped – especially for a group or families. Particularly noteworthy is the smooth and friendly communication with the host, who has always responded quickly to our questions. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime

We were there as a family with two children and a dog, the host was very friendly, everything was clean and the restaurant next door was also delicious. In the area there were many opportunities to walk and a special recommendation is the wild garden near Furth in the forest.

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is highly suitable for 8 people for a nice stay right in the middle of prestine nature. Highlight here was the grill place. The host communicated pretty much everything we need. We will come again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Karlovy Vary.

Beautiful villa on the outskirts of Beroun with good amenities and unforgettable panoramic views! Everything is very cozy and saggy. You feel like home for the first second. There are many activities for children and a cozy barbecue area for adults. It was beautiful! Highly recommended! Many thanks to Kamila for a relaxing vacation.

Jiri was always very helpful when we had questions, he immediately answered and helped us. We were able to check in earlier and he also gave us the freedom to choose when we wanted to check out. We were completely satisfied, a very nice house with a great garden for the dogs and right on the lake. That was not our last visit! :)

It was very nice at Claudia's, everything clean, as in the pictures, very cozy. Everything was fine, my husband was just startled by the train that ran behind the house but everything was good we'd like to 😅 come back

Filip sent us all the instructions in a timely manner. The place is beautiful and cozy, it looked exactly like the photos. I can only recommend, the place is great to relax. Unfortunately, the weather didn't work out, but the place is so cozy that we didn't mind spending most of our stay at home.

The time in Lucie's house was wonderful! We didn't miss anything! Everything was as described. Even with questions, Lucie could always help us quickly! The fenced garden was perfect for us with a dog! The coffee roastery next door was a great highlight, the men there very nice. Spontaneously they showed us their roastery and we were able to buy fresh coffee! With 2 adults, 2 children and a dog, we really had a lot of space. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful accommodation. The meadow and the pond in front of the door are a highlight. You can easily explore the quiet and beautiful surroundings. The place is very nice and comfortable. We felt very comfortable.

I am not Czech but I am sure that Petra’s breakfast could easily set the standard for every Czech breakfast: it was copious, varied, fresh and delicious 😋

We booked the entire 4 bedroom place and got more than expected. Each double bed included a bathroom, which was not so clearly visible in the photos. One of the 4 rooms is separate and has its own entrance. Since there were no classes in the yoga room, we were able to use everything completely for ourselves. The view from the many windows is magnificent and the huge kitchen table is great for eating in large groups and for board and card games. In the lovingly landscaped garden, we grilled on the in-house barbecue and were able to enjoy the beautiful weather. The beds were quite hard, but you slept amazingly well on them. Since the curtains are quite thin, the sun woke us up in the morning whether we wanted or not - perfect for early risers! There are no windows in the bathrooms and in the kitchen, but there are daylight lamps that do a really good job and are environmentally friendly. A real value wonder to enjoy!

We spent a nice night in the apartment with two babies. The hostess was very accommodating. You can hike directly from the front door to the Osser.

My stay was just perfect! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and very well equipped. Location was great, everything was easy to reach. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, from booking to checkout everything went smoothly. I felt at home and will definitely come back if I have a chance. Absolutely recommended! 🌟

We stayed for a short weekend in the beautiful house of Adam:) the surroundings are super quiet and very nice. The house is well equipped, especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing. The highlight was definitely the sauna! For these you pay an extra €20/ 3h. The only thing to note: the hot tub cannot be used during the winter time and bed linen and towels must be brought yourself (otherwise cost €10 p.p.). We had a good time and would come back:)

Everything was great and corresponded to the description. Both owners were very nice and friendly. We will definitely be back! Two tiny downsides, but still 5 stars: HUGE spiders🙈, and if you don't take a taxi, the road is really quite uphill 😅 Thank you very much to the owner for the exact location - on Google the house is marked a little higher.

We had a lovely time in the house. Everything is there and very clean.  Hot tub, sauna, table tennis, billiards, darts, etc are ideal for a great stay. They are friendly landlords who respond to the wishes of the guests. To plan the room occupancy, it may be said that 2 rooms are through rooms (you have to go through a bedroom to get to the next bedroom), which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!
