Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pilsen, Chicago

Very clean, large, open plan apartment in prime location, right at Chicago south loop. Close to many sites, even Trader Joe's is near by. The elevated railway may cause some vibration and noise but soon will get use to it.

Next to the trains, a apartment with separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, even a laundry room available if necessary and a host who responds quickly and does not hesitate to give advice on Chicago. I highly recommend!

Khong was responsive, helpful, friendly and overall just a cool host! Khong gave us a sweet surprise when we got in and gave us local recommendations, we loved the Back of The Yards Coffeehouse and it was within walking distance. During the day it felt like a safe neighborhood, during the night it was very lively and full of people in the best way. Khong’s place was so clean and inviting. The backyard was peaceful with a beautiful view of the church. We did have a slight mishap occur when we lost the keys to Khongs place but he was very understanding and kind about the situation. Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. We would definitely return the next time we are in Chicago! 10/10 recommendation from my family and I

It was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. A great place to come back to each evening after a day of adventure. Easy walk to the Pink 'L' train that will take you right into downtown for a few bucks. Coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We can't wait to come back to do the things we couldn't fit in. Thanks Rosa for sharing your home.

5 star for sure! This place is a hidden gem, its so clean and has so many little extras to make you feel at home. I found seasoning to cook with,.coffee, tea, cream and sugar..and even a couple of pods for laundry. All of that plus an easy check-in, great parking space in the back (which you will need since street parking can be dicey) and the friendly neighbors made my stay wonderful. I stayed 7 nights and it is quiet at night so I felt very safe and got a good nights rest each night. I will definitely book again!!!

Sylvia was very friendly & accommodating! Some of us got in early and she let us keep our bag in a closet until check in! I needed late check out and she accommodated that too! There’s a night club downstairs & we worried initially but with the provided sound machines and earplugs (some of us didn’t even need those), we managed to sleep great! The area around the place seems rough but the people are nice and the food was amazing!! Great Mexican food every where! I fell in love with Rubi’s Tacos, highly recommend if you stay here.

This was a cozy spot, with so much to do nearby. Juan was a wonderful host, who was so helpful and kind.

James provided clear instructions and was very responsive. This flat matched the description and was beautifully decorated. Coffee, cocktail mixers, and even a record player were all provided! Make sure you do your research about the surrounding area before you stay here- as long as you know what to expect then this place is a great find!

Jasna was an amazing host! The house was absolutely spectacular—truly even better than the photos. Every room felt thoughtfully designed and full of warmth, making it feel just like home. We had all the amenities we needed, which made our stay super comfortable and stress-free. It was the perfect setting for a special girls’ trip with my mom and sister. I traveled to Chicago for work and had a nice three-day stay here. The Airbnb is in a great location, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. I particularly enjoyed the small library!

Staying at Matt’s Air BnB was a fantastic experience. We stayed with our two kids and another couple and the space was perfect for our group. The spacious, fenced in yard made for a great hangout space for our toddler to safely run around. The house looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Matt!

Samantha was a wonderful host—she was very responsive and proactive in resolving any difficulties I faced, always with kindness. The space itself was spacious and well-suited for a family stay. I especially appreciated how well the bed was maintained, with a comfortable mattress and clean bedclothes. I would definitely choose this place again next time I travel to Chicago. Jane's house was the ideal accommodation for our visit to Chicago. The apartment was very well equipped. The area is very pleasant and it is also easy to get into the city or to the airport by metro and bus. Thanks again to Amy and Dean.

Stayed with 4 adults and 5 kids. House was more than spacious and cozy. Furniture was nicely kempt. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. We rented a car and appreciated the garage to keep car in. We did have an issue with water temperature but was resolved quickly with host We loved the house!

We loved the fact that it was 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was 15 min from downtown.

Ryan went above and beyond in his communication. Very responsive to any questions about the space and surrounding areas. The space was welcoming and very clean. I really appreciated the little touches, including custom artwork to warm up the rooms. The front porch was also a welcoming area in a charming neighborhood. I sat out under the stars, enjoying the view across the street at a large park. I would stay here again without hesitation. Great value! Super host!

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

My daughter and I stayed at Izakaya Studio on a recent visit to Chicago. The studio is great and Brett made it so easy to locate everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The next time we stay I hope to spend more time exploring the neighborhood because there were so many restaurants and shops to choose from (lots of open-air patios and decks which would be so nice during the summer season). The walk to the blue line El stop felt safe and quick. We loved the studio's layout. The kitchen and bedroom areas were separate and Brett has two big, comfy chairs for relaxing, and ample island space for eating or using as a work space. My daughter had some virtual work meetings and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need for meal prep. We ate out each day, but our delicious breakfast take-out came from a place right up the street called Yolk. I highly recommend the Izakaya Studio for a relaxing and fun visit to Chicago.

Great location and property!

We enjoyed our stay at Yuyi’s. The space was very clean! There is a beautiful park across the street, delicious restaurants all around, and a grocery store 4 blocks away! We traveled in for business and it was perfect for us, Would love to stay again the next time we are in Chicago.

Alex was very responsive and incredibly helpful throughout this process as it was our first time using Airbnb and in Chicago. The home was clean although there were a few areas that could use more of a deep clean. The neighborhood was very relaxed but there isn’t a ton to do (no coffee shops or any local shopping) However it’s only a 6 minute drive or 20 minute walk (we walked and it was really nice) to china town or just to view the river. We only stayed 3 nights and we definitely would stay again!
