Tu hora de check-in es a partir de las 8 am y el check-out 10 am, estamos en el 2do piso, no contamos con estacionamiento pero encontrarás a 3 cuadras a S/10 todo el día, puedo dirigirte si deseas. Disfruta de preciosas vistas al mar desde nuestro balcón! Estamos en el mismo malecón a un paso de la arena, cerca de restaurantes, escuelas de surf, museos, a pocos pasos de los pescadores con sus Caballitos de totora pescando/surfeando como hace más de 3000 años! Luis' apartment in Chiclayo is, without a doubt, a place that I recommend 100%. His attention as a host is exceptional, always available and attentive, which really makes you feel right at home. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay: a spacious living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two patios, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a washing machine. In addition, the area is urban, quiet and safe, ideal for resting. We will definitely be back with my family and our pets on our next trip. Thanks, Luis, for an unforgettable experience!

check- in super easy, place was clean, as described. it's a good option for an overnight stay. secure parking. also security at the developments entrance. it's a weird little setup though. this little wooden fenced off thing inside of a new development with mostly empty lots, a few buildings. doesn't even look like a house, so super easy to miss, even when you're very close to it. but inside is cute, and we slept well. overall a good overnight stop on the drive.

I had a very nice stay! The place is just like in the photos: nice, clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. The area is a little desolate, but quiet. The only uncomfortable thing was that the cold water knob in the bathroom didn't work, so only hot water came out of the pipe. Also, a part of the furniture had a somewhat strange smell. Despite those details, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the good service.
