A great place to spend time as a family. Carla was always very helpful and accessible. I'm definitely going to wash it again. It has a boiler wash if you like hot water. We make the most of the pool. It has different living areas and that makes it very special. It has a fire pit and a court for the kids. We really liked the super quiet and easy to find place. It's like 12 minutes away from BERNAL. Everything's great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house is beautiful, large, clean, organized. Charlotte was in contact with us all the time, the location that is here had taken us to the wrong street, and we called her and she sent us the location, very very kind, the house is private, I liked it a lot. I would rent again.

The place is amazing to disconnect, the pool is amazing, lots of beautiful trees and especially the attention from Sebastián who always made us feel comfortable and was always very helpful! We loved it 🤗

It is a very nice house, quiet, I liked that you can leave your car inside the house, you feel at home. I would like them to accept pets.

To get there you have to go down a very inclined street, we found parking two houses from the place and it was easy to find it, Lupita was available to greet us. Place was very clean and nice, it was very hot and the room was very big so you didn't feel the air conditioning but Lupita was very kind to let us move to another smaller room and the A/C was very well and we slept very comfortably. The shared terrace and sauna we did not use it but it is still a father to have them there. I would highly recommend it

The house is very comfortable and excellent to spend a few days disconnected from the city and connected with nature. The house is spacious, it has air conditioning which is excellent, it has all the amenities and the pool is great. Osiris was very kind and attentive at all times, I will definitely take this house every time I come to Jalpan and it is available

We were greeted very well, very hot in Jalpan, but the house has air conditioning and fans. it was a comfortable stay.

The place is excellent, the pool just the ideal size for the family, the one that each room has its bathroom is a blessing, perfect for privacy and not to want to get out of there

Thank you very much, there was no problem even though the power went out, they resolved it the next day. We understand that these are things outside the home. Everything was great. The only thing is that there were things missing in the kitchen, like cutlery. There were no knives for spreading or cutting, and there were no spoons. There is also a shortage of bowl-type dishes and additional kitchen towels. A bread toaster or electric oven would also be good.
