Nice place to transit around jkt/ tangerang, been here twice, never dissapoint

J’ai séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet immeuble, dans différents Airbnb, et celui-ci est de loin le plus propre et confortable que j’ai réservé. Cela dit, j’étais déjà en amour avec l’immeuble et ses commodités. Je recommande sans hésiter.

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

I had amazing 4 night stay in Mbak Imelda's place. I had nothing to condemn, compared to other Airbnb units I have stayed in Jakarta. The place was all true as per described. Very good location. It is not just walkable to the Bintaro Plaza mall on the opposite side of the road, which has a direct bridge from the apartment; it is also walking distance to the Pondok Ranji train station. One thing for sure..... I really hope this place will be available when I plan to come over to Jakarta again.

Beautiful, clean, nice smell in the unit and charming! We cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. We hope to be back someday! The view from the property is stunning. We have a bit technical issue during check in but Jacqueline and Shimon was very responsive to settle it. .

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Alles war sauber und gut vorbereitet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

I am very appreciative of Rubens efforts in this experience. My family members enjoyed the well furnished apartment, gorgeous view, and one of the best qualities was the fact Ruben provided lots of items for the guests like higiene products, books, games. Makes things practical, comfortable and feels like home.

Dhanny’s place is a hidden gem. Amenities and the room is relatively new and clean. With lots of gadgets( electric curtain, big screen tv, google home to control lights etc). Its a perfect place to stay and relax. Definitely will come here again. 5 stars.

Meskipun hanya semalam, kami sangat puas dengan tempat yang kami tempati ini. Gambar dalam foto sangat serupa dengan kenyataannya. Seluruh ruangan sangat bersih dan peralatan di dapur sangat lengkap. Kolam renamg juga sangat bersih. Definitely, recommended.

Kamar sangat nyaman, dengan pemandangan kota yg indah, mudah untuk menuju ke mall, cuma sedikit susah untuk mencari tempat pakiran mobilnya

We are cery grateful to book and stay in Mr. Kevin's apartment. The location was amazingly located near AEON mall, we just spent around 3 to 5 minutes from the room to the mall by foot. The apartment facilities was good enough, especially it has a big swimming pool, kids pool, and a playground for my daughter to play and enjoy the day. Not forget to mention that the room with 3 bedroom was perfect for family staycation. It also has two smart TV with great internet access. The cooking utensils was also quite complete. There are two suggestions maybe to improve guest experience, please upgrade the rice cooker and fix the shower head (we found a leak in it so the waterflow wasn't so good).

Awesome place , Dedy was very responsive and understanding. Also arranged for our tip to the thousand island by providing great references. The mall is attached to the building so easy access, definitely recommended

This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Rumah bersih, nyaman, dingin, keluarga senang bisa ngumpul dan main PS5 yang disediakan. Peralatan dapur lengkap, ada mesin cuci best! Thankyou ya. bakal rekomen tempat ini kalau ada keluarga / teman mau nginep lagi.

De communicatie was prettig en de ruimte was zeer goed verzorgd.

Lena's hospitality is amazing. She responds to my questions incredibly fast. The house that she rents was prepared nicely. I had an issue with the TV but she gave me the solution right away. I totally recommend people staying here, such a great and wonderful place to stay! I'll be back 😁

great house to spend time with family, water to drink is available no need to buy, parking for 2 cars, rice cooker is available, hot water to bath, towels ready, soap and shampoo ready, strategic place for food.

Rumahnya nyaman, worth it sm harganya. Tempatnya juga strategis. Fasilitas perumahannya oke bgt ada kolam renang, lap tenis dan taman bermain. Anak saya puas bgt nginep disini. Fasilitas didalam rumah juga super komplit, bersih juga. Cuma 1 aja yg minus, listriknya ga cukup klo nyalain 3 ac sekaligus, lsg anjlok. Selebihnya okee smua.. next klo ke daerah sini pasti milih nginep sini lagi deh

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.
