Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pinecrest

Angela was a great host! The place was clean and tidy. She communicates quickly and went out of her way to make us get settled quickly. She left toys and books for our 2 year old to play with. The surrounding trees and flowers were beautiful. Plus seeing the peacocks daily was an added bonus!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It was so quiet and peaceful and on a lovely street. It was located very close to everything we had planned during our stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed and Santiago was very quick to respond to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to soon.

We had a great time. The pool is so nice and we appreciated having so many beds. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Hope to return!

We have a few minor things happen with the showers not draining but mind you we literally had 7-8 inches of rain in 2 days while there it was insane but they responded immediately and there was someone there to fix it immediately. It is a very peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful canal in the Back, we enjoyed a little fishing as well. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of room! We stayed at Janet’s place from 6/11/25 - 6/14/25. Janet is very sweet & responds quickly to any messages that I sent. Her home is conveniently located near shops, the grocery store, many different eating places which we walked to & its super close to the airport. Her home is very nice & the small touches that she provides to her guest are really sweet & special. I love my coffee so that was one thing that was provided that I truly appreciated! My bed was so comfortable that I wish I could have stayed in it much more than I was able to. Her kitchen has everything that is needed to cook (I don’t cook 😂) but for those who do it’s perfect. I loved the front porch seating area but alas it was too hot for us to sit outside. Miami heat is no joke! We were just coming off of a cruise & asked to check in early & Janet accommodated. This was a one time stay in Miami for us but if I were to ever come back I would definitely stay at her house. Janet’s kindness was exceptional.

Very spacious and well appointed older home. Very comfortable, beautiful lot, perfect location for us, very responsive, accommodating and helpful host. We will most certainly be back next year if the house is available.

We recently stayed at Albert’s conch-style house for our annual holiday, and it was truly one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. The home’s unique charm and beautiful design made the experience unforgettable. Our group included 7 people, and with my brother’s family visiting during our stay, there were 11 of us in total - yet the house still felt spacious, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. It really felt like we lived in the house - the space is so inviting, perfect for cooking together, relaxing on the porch, and enjoying the pool area. It has a warm, lived-in feel that makes you want to settle in and stay a while. Albert was a fantastic host who made everything even more enjoyable. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Thank you Albert!

What a VIEW. Very spacious, modern furniture and vibe, gym pool and spa access, lots of cool people to run into in the lobby, elevator, and pool. Loved our stay here.

Airbnb was neat & clean, everything was as described as on the listing. Instructions were simple & clear which was great.

Claudia’s place was perfect for us while we visited Everglades and Biscayne National Parks! The space was very clean and well stocked. The air conditioner has a controller located inside the room. Other reviews note that the air conditioner is difficult to adjust, but this is not the case. It is very simple!

Very friendly and very clean

The best part about this unit is the host (Maria). She is wonderful in terms of helping and accommodating, and went as far as to go out of her way to give me a ride. I was there for a family emergency and she was very compassionate and helpful. This is my second stay and I’ll be returning to this place when the time comes. Nice, cozy, well taken care of place with all the basics. Great for an individual or a couple.

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!

Gina was a great host. Her property was cute and cozy and the perfect getaway for my partner and I. Her and her team were not only responsive but super friendly. The private outdoor area was a great addition to the property. We hung out outside and enjoyed the great Miami weather. Though we did not use it, there was also a barbecue available. Would definitely recommend booking!

I travelled to Miami for F1 weekend and sunshine, Cory’s place was beyond expectations. It was beautiful, clean, the bed was comfortable, it has an amazing rain shower, and he left so many thoughtful extras like snacks, mojitos, drinks, and personal care items. The pool area and hot tub is great and also pretty quiet. Coconut grove is also an amazing area to stay, it’s very safe for solo travellers and families… but it also has some amazing restaurants and bars that are all walking distance. On a rainy day Sadelle’s for breakfast and Koko’s for dinner is only a 6 min walk:). Can’t wait to return, thanks Cory!

Entering Robert’s stay was great. The place was clean before entering, check in was smooth, and they also provide amenities for your stay such as swimming pool, a gym and much more. Robert is also very quick to respond if you are in doubt of something. Nevertheless, this was a great choice and would love to come back here again!
