The studio was just as described. Beginning in our apartment hunting process, Jeff was very helpful, communicative, and flexible.

Quiet, peaceful location that is very comfortable for one or two people. Beautiful decor, owner friendly but non- obtrusive. Only negative is lack of in-unit laundry, but we were able to work around it. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again when we return to St Pete.

We had a fantastic stay at Ayaiza’s place! My wife and I were in the process of moving to St. Petersburg, and this cozy studio was the perfect home base while we got our permanent home set up. The apartment was compact but incredibly well thought out, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The separate kitchen was a great size and the bathroom was clean and modern. There were so many thoughtful touches, like cold bottled water waiting for us in the fridge, that really made us feel welcome. Ayaiza was also a wonderful host, communicating proactively and answering all our questions quickly and clearly. The location was ideal, just minutes from our new home, and the self check-in and check-out process couldn’t have been easier. Overall, the space was spotless, stylish, and felt like it was designed with care and attention to detail. We’d gladly stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean as it is in the picture. Tim is really responsive for check-in. Also, really thoughtful as providing beach towers with bag and toys for kid. Probably come back if have chance!

This is my second time staying at this Airbnb. I absolutely love the host. She is such a sweetheart. She is always communicative and she is friendly. Cute decor in the unit,provides little extras such as books to beautiful art, games to play, The unit was clean and smelled fresh. She provides essentials such as shampoo,soap, paper towels, and other lil extras. The only thing I wish this Airbnb had was cable you can stream every single platform you want, but there is no cable. Lol. We will be back though!!

Place was great! Loved sitting on the balcony every day! We even saw dolphins swimming! Great view of the water! Everything is close by. Will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in St Pete at Mary's house and hope to stay there again soon. She is super friendly while at the same time our place was completely private. It is small, clean, and had everything we needed. Good location, probably our favorite stay in St Pete so far!!

I had an absolutely amazing time at Hector’s Airbnb! The space had everything I needed and more comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. Excellent apartment in a great location. Bonus there was a garage to keep our car off the street. It was within a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful modern decor. Bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t find one thing we would change.

The guesthouse was cute and spacious! Perfect for two people. Parking in the back is a little tight but not a big issue. Host was very responsive and friendly. Overall very happy with our stay!

Perfect location and amenities from the beach club across the street without the crowds was an awesome bonus. Pool and beach and gym access was amazing without having to pay for parking elsewhere. Just walk across the street. Apartment was homie and relaxing

I loved my stay. Amy was wonderful and helpful. We stayed in #3, which is in the back. it was quiet and secluded. Will have to come again.

Wonderful place. Agnes communicated clearly and checked up on us the whole time we were there. The condo was stocked with everything we needed: linens, paper products, stuff for the beach and even basic supplies for cooking. The condo complex was well maintained. It is one of the cleanest places we’ve rented. And the mattress was firm, not needing replacing. We will definitely stay here again.

If your looking for a place with lots to do yet quiet and inviting then look no further this is it! Great Water view , lots of dolphins an manatee’s. Pools beach, fishing, great eating! Go book it now, you won’t be sorry!

Fabulous place! Well appointed, everything you need for a relaxing week on the bay. Loved waking up to dolphins, manatees and sting rays swimming in the waters below. Perfect viewing from the large balcony as you sip your morning coffee. Fishing off the storm wall was fun, a little bit of everything was caught (nice to have a bait shop "bay pines bait & tackle" right across the bridge). Quick note - no more dock, lost to the last hurricane, like most wooden docks in the area - not a big deal. Pool was refreshing and well kept, we swam daily. Having Doc Ford's, a restaurant/bar, just a few steps from the place also a big plus. Chicken wings / extra crispy - can't go wrong. Some previous guests mentioned traffic noise from the hwy, we experienced very little of that. Once in the apartment the last thing you think about is traffic noise - a nice retreat. We'll be back!

Great location, really nice place to stay! Colleen was very responsive, kind and accommodating. Beautiful view, loved the access to the pool and hot tub, we also enjoyed having a restaurant so close and so many other things very close by! We really enjoyed our stay!

Russell's Oasis was exactly as described. The setting was peaceful and the condo was very clean! If we are back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Location of this condo was excellent! We had everything we needed for the beach and our stay. The furniture was very comfortable and we slept well. We would definitely pick this condo again when traveling to Madeira!
