Holiday rentals with a patio in Pinewood

Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

The place itself was very clean and up to standard . But I just feel like the area isn’t the greatest . Being that my friend came for her 30th birthday this is not the type of place I would have wanted to show her to have a good time . Yes it was close to the events we were attending but the stray cats and roosters threw us off especially being woken up by the noise . I think if you are trying to get a Miami / Wynwood experience I would look elsewhere but I also think the place was accurate and comfortable we didn’t feel unsafe it just wasn’t the aesthetic we were looking for . The host was amazing if you more so looking for just something chill then this is the place but if you aren’t familiar with Florida this isn’t the area you are looking for.

It was great staying here. The explanation of how to get in was clear,, making check in a breeze. Very clean and modern space with the biggest TV I have had in an Airbnb at 70”.

I will definitely book this place again. Very comfortable and nice vibes.

I had a great stay at this studio in Miami! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and made sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The view was stunning. The balcony is pretty big. You get to see views of the river, the pool and a little bit of the ocean. Checking in was easy. The apartment was clean. The property is very close to the brickell city centre mall and there were many nice restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

Mario & Yoly were fantastic hosts and their Airbnb was the perfect spot for our weekend in Miami. We were in walking distance or a short uber to Coral Gables and our little pup also felt right at home. Definitely would love to come back again!

This home was absolutely amazing. We planned to go a lot of places, but this air bnb has everything you need. Took my husband as a surprise gift for Father’s Day. He really enjoyed himself. We will definitely be back. Thanks Romy!!!!

I really liked everything. Juan Carlos is a nice and attentive person. He responded to messages very quickly. We rented the house for one month and so I asked the owner for a vacuum cleaner and, if possible, a grill. Juan Carlos brought everything the same day. It was very nice to find small gifts for my family in the apartment. Also, the house has everything you need for living and relaxing (beach umbrella and blanket, toys for children, a small folding cot and a lot of everything, even extra blankets, caps, thermal bags). Also, the owner made the backyard very beautiful and green with beautiful orchids and a place for a picnic. I recommend this accommodation for relaxation. My family will remember the vacation here with pleasure.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Miami. Everything was clean, organized, and well kept. Location was peaceful and calm. Very easy access to get to the beach, i95, etc.. the pool was clean and water was crystal clear. Overall great stay!

Beautiful home everything look just like the pictures love the theme rooms and the board of recommendations couldn’t ask for a better host communicated with me the whole way through made everything easy. A Perfect Getaway – Felt Just Like Home! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anca and Paulo’s house – from the moment we arrived, it truly felt like our own home. The property is beautifully maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved the private pool and the outdoor grill area. One of the highlights of our stay was the hospitality. Carlos was incredibly kind and helpful – it was so natural for him to assist us with anything we needed. No matter the question, he was always there with a solution. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with great amenities and the kind of atmosphere that makes you instantly feel at home, this is the place to book. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

We stayed at Janet’s place from 6/11/25 - 6/14/25. Janet is very sweet & responds quickly to any messages that I sent. Her home is conveniently located near shops, the grocery store, many different eating places which we walked to & its super close to the airport. Her home is very nice & the small touches that she provides to her guest are really sweet & special. I love my coffee so that was one thing that was provided that I truly appreciated! My bed was so comfortable that I wish I could have stayed in it much more than I was able to. Her kitchen has everything that is needed to cook (I don’t cook 😂) but for those who do it’s perfect. I loved the front porch seating area but alas it was too hot for us to sit outside. Miami heat is no joke! We were just coming off of a cruise & asked to check in early & Janet accommodated. This was a one time stay in Miami for us but if I were to ever come back I would definitely stay at her house. Janet’s kindness was exceptional.

William and Christina were friendly, prompt and courteous. They were very helpful everytime we had questions and had extremely detailed check in instructions. The place itself was cozy and very well kept. the exterior was great with coconut trees, lime trees, the beautiful views of the lake and the wonderful pool we used to cool off in the evenings. The house itself was very well stocked, kitchen had everything you could need and they had tons of towels! I definitely reccomend staying here and if we're in the area again will definitely be looking to book here again.

Great location! Love the fact that we could walk to restaurants, shops and more and this unit has easy access to the pool. Definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Miami.

Roberto's place was amazing. It had everything we needed and then some. We were able to check in early, which was great because we arrived very early in town, and Roberto made sure we had everything we needed. The area is perfect for doing stuff on foot if you feel like not driving, and close to everything if you feel like it.

Budget-friendly unit that still provides a sense of luxury and comfort from the moment you open the door... the listing info and pictures are a great representation of the actual home and the hosts were extremely clear and proactive when communicating instructions for check-in/check-out and other needs throughout the visit. Would recommend! :)

The only issue we had was there was no seperate gate entry cards so we had to push the button for garage entry everytime we left and return. Not really an issue. Everything was fabulous. Very peaceful family environment. The views are extraordinary.

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Finally a 5 ft pool and it was beautiful. We came in early with no sleep and Diego managed to get us an early check in. We couldn’t be more grateful. FYI check in by the front desk. Ask them where and what spots to park when you get the keys upstairs. I was in a rush to stop and read the house manual because I just wanted to check in and go to bed. Will definitely stay again. Also pool access 4th floor and I think gym.

I stayed here for my birthday weekend, and it was amazing! Ample space, the hosts respond in such a quick and efficient manner. The place was beautiful and clean! Would definitely book again
