Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Independent 2-room accommodation: 1 large bedroom (160 bed + sofa bed + kitchenette) and 1 shower room/toilet. Linens, towels and household linen provided. Private entrance, garden and parking. The Barse Stable

Built in an old stable, our cottage is actually a large 65 m2 studio, an outbuilding not overlooked, where you will be in the quiet of the Champagne countryside. Come and discover exceptional nature: the passage of migratory birds, the forests of the Regional Natural Park and the Orient Lakes. Swimming, fishing, forest walks, we are also 10 minutes from the Thennelières highway exit, 20 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park or 20 minutes from Troyes!

Le Breuil

Located in Piney. 20 km from Troyes, the historic capital of champagne, its factory shops and its historic center, the village is in the heart of the Orient Forest Regional Park, 6 km from the lakes and the Orient forest. The cottage is located in the heart of the village, travel can be done by foot. On site, you will find all local shops (bakery, restaurants, grocery, butcher-charcuterie-traiteur, tobacco, newspapers, doctors, dentist, nurse)

Estate cottage, in the heart of a working farm

In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park (2 km from Lake Temple, 500 m from forest hiking trails), 25 km from Troyes, 3 km from Lake Orient, 5 km from Piney. The "gite du domaine", rated 4 stars, is an old renovated building within a typical Champagne farmhouse. The cottage is located on a working cereal farm. You will be able to see and/or hear tractors and also some farm animals (dogs, chickens, horse...).
