Cozy, fully-equipped one-story house, located a few meters from the beach and steps from the main square. It has a hot water tub, kitchen, cable TV, Wi-Fi, a gazebo, and parking. In addition, exclusive access to the swimming pool area with a slide (Summer season only, with COVID restrictions), soccer fields, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts in the complex. Pingueral, it is possible to enjoy beaches, forests, lagoon, river, native flora and fauna, traditional gastronomy.

A wooden cabin is set in a serene outdoor space, surrounded by trees. A spacious deck features several potted plants and outdoor seating, while chickens roam freely on the well-maintained lawn. The evening sunlight enhances the natural setting.
