Privacy in paradise. Probably the best airbnb we've done. You're in a secluded area with a bunch of privacy and a pool with an amazing view of the ocean. The inside of the house is brick, so it's cool even if it's super hot outside. The house itself is fairly basic, with a kitchen that's more made for snacks than cooking. But let's be honest, with the outside amenities there are, you'd be crazy to spend more than an hour a day inside. The beds are comfortable enough, as is the bathroom.

My family and I -- six adults and a 9 month old -- spent two delightful weeks at Il Granaio. Before our arrival, Greg (the host) put me in touch with Ally, the property manager, who provided much useful information in advance and ensured we could find our way to the hidden gem that is Il Granaio. Once we arrived, Ally was available as needed, responsive to my queries as we settled in. We enjoyed the Villa and property immensely, using it as a base camp as we did day trips all around Tuscany and a longer visit to the Ligurian coast. The house was comfortable, attractive, and well-outfitted, with fantastic views from the second floor; the surrounding countryside was peaceful and beautiful; the pool was a perfect place to cool off and relax after being out and about; and the billiard table provided enjoyment for all! And having our own washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a baby. Wonderful memories were made for our family at Il Granaio!

This was one of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. The place was well designed and special attention went to every aspect of the decoration. The place was also the perfect location for our dog because he was able to run freely in the yard. Lorenzo also recommended the restaurant he works at for dinner and the food was fantastic and in a beautiful location. We highly recommend this beautiful airbnb and staying here for your next trip to the Maremma region.

We were looking for a villa that had plenty of space for my husband and I with our 3 adult kids and this villa was perfect! We all had our own bedrooms and private bathrooms. The villa was in the idyllic peaceful Tuscan countryside surrounded by rolling hills, wine vineyards and olive trees with distant views of castles. It is absolutely gorgeous! Alessandro, the owner of the villa met us upon check in. The property has been in his family for hundreds if years. He was incredibly kind and generous, leaving an abundant amount of fruit, several bottles of wine from his vineyard and beautiful fresh flowers in every room. He was always available to answer any questions and make recommendations. Anke, the property manager, was excellent and responsive. Promptly answering my questions prior to the trip and proactively giving us wonderful recommendations. Highlights were truffle hunting Il Podere Castle, Umbria Olive oil tour and Banfi Castle wine tasting. Memories to last a lifetime! ❤️

A great place for a retreat to enjoy the nature and the silence. The Airbnb has a fantastic location in the nature. It has everything that you need for a short an long stay. The view from the balcony is just amazing. Would definitely recommend it!

We have been here for the second time and we are thrilled again. We love the house and the surroundings are perfect for us. Gladly again :-)

Our stay at this villa was truly amazing. The location and villa itself was everything we wanted in our Tuscan vacation. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The Villa was the perfect restful break for our group of two families traveling throughout Italy. Michele met us at check in to go over all of the details of the house, which was so welcoming and helpful. We loved the gorgeous views, the relaxing pool, and grilling and eating outside. The small pizza restaurant just down the street was wonderful as well. It was easily accessible by city bus to and from Siena. We highly recommend!

A very nicely located house, we were there with the children - a clear recommendation! In-house playground, play kitchen pool, no longer needs a child for a week. Particularly noteworthy is the place Montescudiao not far from the property. Italy at is! A small Italian idyll with butcher, bakery, coffee house, trafik and trattoria AND a very good upscale restaurant - Il Frantoio! Only there was no contact with the house owner as everything was handled professionally by a housekeeping company. But was not bad, we bought wine and olive oil from the surrounding farmers and enjoyed a nice time in Tuscany...

The property was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The owners of the property , Claudio and Angelica, are helpful and delightful. However, the “host” BoMVillas , who acts as a middleman, was rude and disrespectful when we had a miscommunication. I would not make another booking that was offered by BoMVillas.

Thank you Tommaso, a fantastic view and pool, a wonderful villa and you’re proactive assistance at every turn, highly recommended. The drive down the track is worthwhile for the tranquility it affords. Can’t recommend Tommy & the villa enough & as for Tuscany, it’s incredible!

The views from Janine’s villa are breathtaking and pictures don’t do it justice. It was so quiet and peaceful, a little slice of heaven. We visited with our two boys (5 and 10) who loved the pool and the spaciousness of the home and the grounds. Being so close to Panzano was the best perk because we were within a 7 minute drive to town for great restaurants, simple groceries, and pastries (as opposed to other villas that require a longer drive to get anywhere to eat/visit). A great base for exploring the surrounding area as well, and an easy day trip to Florence. There are excellent wineries within a 3 minute drive! Janine was a lovely, kind, and helpful host and gave us tips for local restaurants as well as places for our trip to Florence. It was very hot during our stay but the fans were enough to keep cool at night and we didn’t turn on the A/C. We stumbled across this little gem and if you’re lucky enough to do so as well, you will be swept up by the magic of the views and villa.

We could not have asked for a more beautiful setting to celebrate my partner’s 40th birthday. Our week was perfectly balanced between visiting nearby Montalcino wineries & surrounding villages, a day trip to Siena, and lazing about the pool & villa. Monica was kind, generous & helpful from the time of booking. She accommodated all requests and even left a gift for my partner to celebrate his birthday! Will be back! Would rate this 6 stars if we could.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The home and the grounds were magical! The beauty of the property and stunning, endless Tuscan views are unmatched. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor eating areas and relaxing by the pool. Located within a short distance to the town of Greve and the walled city of Montefioralle, we were perfectly positioned to enjoy all that the area had to offer. Giovanni was an outstanding host. He left us a detailed packet with all the information we needed as well as all of the best places to visit and things to do in and around the area. He was responsive and helpful, taking care of any issue we had quickly and efficiently. Living spaces and bedrooms were spacious and generously appointed. We would absolutely return!

Wonderful villa and grounds with private sea access and lounge area in the rocks. Tastefully renovated older villa, very attentive hosts who helped with any of the minor issues we had. Nice pellet oven was great as the weather was a bit cool. Wonderful place and view.

We spent six nights in June at this gorgeous house. Thiago was so welcoming and the house was pristine and comfortable with great air conditioning. We loved relaxing and cooling off in the pool which was clean and well maintained. Siena is beautiful and about 15 minutes walk from the house. We loved our stay, it was perfect for our family holiday. Thank you Thiago!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

We stayed at this Villa for just under a week with 2 families and had the most amazing time. It was absolutely perfect. SO much space (2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, 7 bathrooms!!!!) The pool and grounds around the home are stunning and they take such great care of it. You can tell this is a family home that Federica and her family take great pride in. Federica and her son welcomed us at the villa and they were super responsive before and during our stay. They also recommended a lot of things like a driver for a wine tour, chef that came and cooked for us a couple nights (so delicious), etc. Am very sad to not be at this dreamy villa anymore and hope to go back at some point in the future. Highly recommend!!

Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!

The villa is situated on the outskirts of Greve in Chianti. For us it was a perfect location - enjoy country views yet walkable to the town centre for restaurants and shops. Four double rooms, each with an ensuite/shower. Everything you need for a great time - swimming pool, terrace with built in BBQ. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge freezer and large range cooker. Kitchen table was ideal as we could all fit round and it made the kitchen the social hub as we used the comfy lounge for those quieter moments. Definitely recommend. We would be happy to go back.

We loved our time at La Balza - such a picturesque, peaceful and relaxing stay! Alessandro and his parents were a pleasure to deal with and answered all of my questions very quickly. They were very hospitable and accommodating. The area surrounding Radda in Chianti is absolutely beautiful and we loved the easy access to so many different cities and small villages. Would definitely recommend. A+

Francesca spontaneously took us in for a week and thus saved our vacation. The grounds around the house are simply gigantic, the garden is so beautifully maintained that we could hardly believe it. If you want peace and quiet and a really large pool, this is the place for you. We hardly left the premises, because we felt so comfortable in this oasis. With a grill, outdoor pizza oven and a great kitchen, cooking was also a lot of fun. A big GRAZIE for letting us be there. We are thinking of coming again next year, and we actually NEVER go to the same place twice.
