Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Piracaia

I went to spend the weekend of Valentine's Day and I was very well attended by Tom, very clear in the explanations, everything in the smallest details. The Studio is exactly as in the photos, everything very clean and organized, excellent shower and the highlight is the location, easy access to all neighborhoods of SP. I recommend it and will be back.

Extremely considerate host. Spotless apartment. The building has well-trained concierge professionals, which conveys a lot of security, in addition to being helpful. Great location. The region conveys a sense of security. Market within meters. I intend to stay there again when I go to São Paulo. Metro within meters. Dica : For those arriving at Guarulhos airport, there is a train that leaves the airport and goes directly to Luz station. It connects with line 4, then descends at the Oscar Freire station, which is a few meters from the apartment. It is quite safe.

Place was as described. The entrance is easy to find. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the furnishings of the apartment are very nice.

Very well-equipped studio with a great location. When we arrived, it was very clean and had everything we needed. My only point is that I found the bed a little hard, but otherwise the stay was excellent.

The place is very beautiful, everything was very clean and everyone is very friendly. I can feel the love from our Host, security guard and the cleaner. The whole apartment is beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, separate aircon for each room and a fully functioning washer/dryer. Also walking distance to Av. Paulista and all restaurant. More than recommended, I would return again and again

Rose was extremely helpful and welcoming, which made all the difference in our experience. We spent 2 very pleasant days there. The house is well equipped, with two rooms with heaters and electric showers, one inside the bedroom and the other in the shared bathroom. The structure comfortably accommodates up to five people. The beds are comfortable, there were plenty of towels and blankets available, and we were able to rest very well, even with the cold of the city. I had to wash some clothes during the stay, and Rose kindly provided us with a washer and dryer, which made it much easier! Note: when using the showers simultaneously, you cannot turn on 2 at the same time, the light switch drops, but this was just a technical and workable detail that did not affect our overall experience. I highly recommend the accommodation! The house is comfortable and the view from there is wonderful, only the hills that we were scared to climb to get to the house because we are not used to it lol

wow just wow.. we are absolutely in love with Quitandinha. We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. Phill was very attentive and replied to my questions within minutes. Thank you Quitandinha for the best 6 days of my life.

We loved the days we spent in this house, we rested a lot and the caretakers are super attentive. We would highly recommend this place and intend to return soon.

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

The house is extremely beautiful, super cozy and with a wonderful breathtaking view! Hotel-worthy bed and bedding, we slept very well. Communication with Luana was very practical and fast.

Great cost benefit! Caroline was super helpful with my check-in and checkout, always proactive in responding! I loved the location of the loft, it accommodates no more than two people. Extremely comfortable bed, duvet and bed linen too, especially for the São Paulo winter. Bathroom with shower enclosure, very hot shower but I recommend a larger mirror and a shelf as well (Because we women use shampoo, conditioner, etc... Basic hygiene items). As for the rest of the room, television, coffee maker, sink, everything works normally and still has a small space for clothes. I recommend it to everyone and I intend to return!

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The piece in the second has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very attentive in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on the Avenue. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

great spot for a few days in SP!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
