You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute. Iviana is a brilliant host. She is very helpful, goes out of her to make the stay comfortable, the studio apartment is fantastic, kitchen an amazing one, everything is clean and modern but with traditional taste and style. The rooftop is the best part, fantastic to have dinner and enjoy the sunset!!!

Stayed here with a couple of friends and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The apartment is in a peaceful part of Piran, but everything’s close by — beach, bars, the main square, all within walking distance. The place itself is clean, full of light, and feels really fresh. It was super comfortable from the start. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were surprisingly comfy — we slept really well. And shoutout to Katja, who was a fantastic host. Super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Would 100% stay again next time we’re in town!

We loved our time in this small but perfect flat centrally located in exquisite Piran. Access to the amazing roof terrace (sensational views) was a bonus as it is the top flat and close to this. It had a well equipped kitchen and we were able to shop at the little supermarket just round the corner and cook meals. A stones throw from the main square and seafront.

Great location in the heart of beautiful Piran. a few steps from bars and restaurants.great view from the enclosed balcony. some of the fixtures and fittings are a little old style, but all seem to function well. I would certainly consider staying again.

The accommodation is top notch. The beautiful, quiet terrace is particularly great, surrounded by greenery with a small view of the sea. From the accommodation to the center you can easily walk - it is only a bit steep, but you are really fast in the center. An absolute PLUS is the parking lot directly behind the house, which is really great for Piran, because in most cases you have to park in a parking lot outside... Alexandra and her husband were very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!
