It has brand new air-conditioners (split) in both bedrooms, a fan in the living room, Wi-Fi and TV (without antenna) available for streaming videos from your cell phone/computer. The American kitchen has a refrigerator and a two-burner gas stove for cooking. The house does not have a garage, but you can park nearby.
