Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pirin Mountains

Atanaska's house is the perfect base for skiing in Bansko or for hiking in Rila or Pirin. The house is close to the mountains, but located in a beautiful, quiet small village. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. The house itself is very modern and charming and has everything you might need during your stay. Atanaska is a wonderful host. She gave us very clear instructions and was always available to answer questions about the area. I recommend the house highly and look forward to our next stay.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They responded immediately to what was asked. The house was just like in the photos and ideal for different families as the rooms have a bathroom each individually. It has a large yard where young children can play.

We had an amazing stay at Kristina’s villa! The location is perfect—nestled in the mountains near Bansko and Razlog, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The scenery is stunning in every season, with fresh mountain air and beautiful hiking trails right at your doorstep. The villa itself is cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Kristina was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. Whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation, this place has it all. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay, I’ll keep it for future visits around Petrich!

A very beautiful stone house with all the facilities and the contact with the traditional stone house with a fireplace. The neighborhood has everything you need and Dimitris and the residents of the village run to help with any need present. Dimitris also gives very good tips on how to spend time in the surrounding areas and which places to visit. We would come back very easily to enjoy the relaxation of the baths of Agistros which is just 15 minutes by car.

Anelia's apartment is a perfect place for a stopover, quiet, clean and very nice view from the well designed studio. Now, I've never met Anelia (unfortunately!) but what I'm most struck with is her kindness. I had some unexpected car trouble today and had a lot of work and a long journey to Kosovo afterwards. Anelia offered me her other apartment for a few others to help out while I was waiting for car to get fixed. This made day far more productive and a lot less tiring and was an extremely generous and thoughtful thing to do. I wholeheartedly recommend Anelia as a great host, but most importantly as a thoughtful and good person. Hopefully I will be back!

We stayed for 6 weeks. For 2 people Totally worth it. All worked great. Superb location close to Pirin street and a 15 min walk from the gondola. Only upgrade I would suggest is to get a washing machine. Otherwise you have to pay for laundry. Comfortable kitchen and bedroom. We did not get cold in the apartment and overall super good deal and nice stay

Shelly was a great host, everything was as described in the ABNB. Always quick to respond to any questions. Happy with our stay at Belvedere Ski. Thank you Shelly we had a fantastic holiday.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable. Good location for the gondola but quiet. Really warm which is great after a day on the slopes. Only one induction hob and oven, no toaster or microwave so limited cooking options but enough for making simple meals and plenty of nice cheap restaurants nearby. Very comfortable beds with blackout blinds, and plenty of room for family of 4. Hosts were great and would thoroughly recommend staying here!

Wonderful hosts that were very helpful and responsive to our queries. The property was lovely with excellent facilities included. The slopes are very easy to get to.

this house was absoluteley amazing clean spacious , games room a extra plus , easy to check in he was waiting for us when we arrived with the keys and showed us around was very close to the skiing resort anyone whose looking for a house and sees this one then just stop looking and book this one its amazing and the price is great thanks so so much and we hope to be back!!!!!

We had a great stay at iskras property. We went there to ski in early March and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The location is perfect… few minutes walk to the Gondola, right next to ski hire shops and next to the town. The property itself is stunning. Iskra was a great host and checked in to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Would happily stay here again

Dimitar's apartment is laid out over 2 storeys on the top floor of an apartment block. It has a balcony that fills the kitchen with morning sun. It is comfortable and peaceful. There is a spacious ground floor with a wood stove and comfy armchairs, a bar and pool table where people meet. I enjoyed playing chess with some of the locals there. There is also a really nice sauna and swimming pool. Dimitar recommended we use Totem ski for hiring equipment which is extremely conveniently located near the gondola and only a short walk from the apartment. So we kept our ski equipment there over night. We found Bansko generally to be a fun destination. The locals are unpretentious and the area is laid back. The gondolas, lifts and mountain bars made skiing easy. The landscape itself is a real pleasure with woodland between pistes filled with the paw prints of foxes and rabbits. Apparently in the summer there are bears!!! ps I would recommend speaking to Bobi at Sankiyski about skiing lessons.

An Exceptional Stay in Bansko! Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our trip incredibly comfortable and convenient. It was also spotlessly clean, to the point where it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The owners were incredibly nice and available, checking in to make sure we were settled and had everything we needed. The location was ideal – perfectly situated to be close to the center of Bansko, yet also conveniently near the beautiful trails for hiking and exploring. Plus, having a dedicated parking spot was a huge bonus. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Bansko!

This place was so lovely, clean bright and modern. All the family loved it. We have stayed in Bansko for 13 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed and would stay again. So well equipped pots, pans , air fryer ! Walkable distance to gondala and town centre. Definitely stay again ☺️

Great stay in a private area with free parking lot's of luxury and nice touches to the apartment. Highly recommend and would go back at some point for sure!

We rwally felt like home. It e apartment is well and fresh decorated with an ppen view of the mountains. Just 2 minutes of walking from the gondola. Karten and Iskra were igreat hosts, very responsive, very helpfull, easy ro communicate. with friendly approach . Our stay will be in Karsten's place for sure for next years vacation. 👍

A great place to stay, right at the center of Blagoevgrad. Modern, spacious and very clean. Definitely worth it!

The apartment is lovely way more than we expected and the host os truely amazing she helped us in many ways including helping us find a place to stay within the hotel on our 1st night in bansko as our original plans fell through, the apartments is exactly as described and the hosts was reachable throughout our stay. Cant wait to return next year for definite but also possibly again later this year, we have fpund our goto place. Many many thanks fpr having us
