Thanks to the cooling air conditioning, the apartment can also be comfortably cool in the summer heat. In the same building, a great restaurant and many good eateries nearby. Theaters, movies, concert halls, a swimming pool hall, a bowling alley, next to the Metso library, Särkänniemi, and Nokia Arena within walking distance. To train and bus stations, take a 15-minute walk or tram.

55m² light and spacious lakeside apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, own sauna, a large lakeview balcony and 300M WiFi. 15min to the city centre by bus/car (free parking places next to the apartment). 200m to a grocery store and 1km to 24h supermarkets. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, tableware etc. Bed sheets and towels are included. Idyllic, over 100-year-old wooden house with yard near the center. 3 fireplaces, a simple sauna in the basement, a modern kitchen, and a lush garden in the summer. Great access to the city center, university, and Nokia Arena about 10 mins on foot. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a home for those who love the vibe of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in an old house envelope, I recommend choosing a hotel.

My place is an atmospheric old vintage cottage on top of a scenic ridge. You can hang out in your own yard with a patio and a barbecue canopy. Kitchen, living room, and indoor toilet. The outbuilding has a wood sauna with a shower room, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna chamber has 2 beds for 1 person. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air source heat pumps + a furnace in the winter. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and mini stove with oven. Pets are welcome.

For this short or longer stay, a lovely lovingly renovated wooden house with a vibe and a cozy vibe. Peaceful apartment with free parking spaces, still well-connected from all directions and a walk to the center. Onnibus stop a few hundred meters away and walk to the arena for less than 2km. If you're terrified of climbing a loft,then a futon sofa can also be spread out underneath,which can also be prepared upon request.

Thanks, the ❤️ stay was nice, cozy, and clean. It was easy to know the space, and the cars fit well in the yard. We found everything we needed. There was reading and exploring for the children 😄 we traveled with four adults and three children, and there was room for everyone. Nearby playgrounds. We're all very happy with the stay 🫶🏻😍

The environment is truly beautiful and idyllic. The apartment is on three floors, which brought a lot of privacy, even though the space is kind of unified. We used both sleeping places and this worked well when both sleeping floors had their own toilet. However, the downstairs lacked a closet space for clothes. It was charming as a whole and we and our Mexican guests enjoyed ourselves well for three nights. I would stay at Villa Viinikka again.

The apartment was neat, stylish, and well-equipped. Location pleasantly quiet, but still close to services. Checking in was easy with the key code and there was no need to worry about the key. The folder in the apartment contains a lot of useful information, it is worth reading. Taneli guided us well and asked how we were doing from time to time. Nice host!

Great weekend stay. The bed was good and the kids thought the sofa bed was comfortable, too. Sheets/towels hadn't been washed with strong fragrances, which is a big plus! The apartment is in a nice and peaceful place. Everything you need was found, extra in your own parking spot! Warm recommendation.

Good accommodation in a good location and everything went smoothly. I had to walk to the parking lot to find it when I did not realize, despite the instructions, where to turn to the parking lot (cycling/walking through the road was confusing); but that too was solved after a little puzzling.
