Great place good location in the city. Very close to popular landmarks. Family with baby. Bed was comfortable. Allowed early check in, immaculately clean. The only negative to mention is the road can be heard from the lounge but this didn’t affect our stay at all. 3 adults and a baby

There were 4 of us in this amazing apartment! Everyone was super comfortable. Clean bathrooms, towels and bed linen, super-equipped kitchen... and the spectacular view! The apartment is a few meters from a super complete mall, a beautiful park... Very well located and safe. 24-hour concierge, very good garage too. Priscila sent us all the information, we checked in smoothly. She responds quickly to all questions. We felt at home, we would definitely come back!

I totally recommend the place, Juane allowed us to enter before the hour since we arrived in the early morning to the city , cozy comfortable place, there were clean towels, the location is super good , close to the metro, I would only recommend some implements in the kitchen to make a suitable tea or some breakfast, the other 10 of 10. Staying at Felipe's place was the best part of our trip. I'm sure that if we had stayed anywhere else, we wouldn't have had the same experience in Santiago. We spent 8 days there, taking our time to explore and enjoy the neighborhood — it was amazing! And the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning!

Cristobal was very attentive from the first message I sent to learn more about the accommodation and any questions we had during the stay, he responded quickly. The apartment is great, well equipped for cooking, very comfortable bed and good shower! Improvement points: it would be ideal to install air conditioning, as the apartment faces the sunrise, so the sun shines all day, which makes it very hot! We didn't need air conditioning because it was a cold climate, but we still used the portable fan to sleep. Regarding the TV, we were unable to use it because it had few streaming services and we were unable to install others.

The apartment is very nice, clean, with a nice view and well equipped. It is in a good area with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and well connected. Cristopher was always very attentive. There was only a small technical inconvenience with the access code upon arrival but we could quickly resolve it. Also, she was kind enough to let me check in before check-in time. I recommend.

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!
