It has 300 sq. meters built on a 700 sq. meter lot (350 sq. meters are a garden equipped with games for children) The upstairs apartment has 4 spacious rooms with all the amenities for 14 people and a study with a sofa bed. The downstairs has a room with 2 beds in case you need to arrive with support staff. We are 5 minutes from “El Chaco” beach and 20 minutes from the Reserve. Terrace, BBQ, Pool, Tennis courts, etc.

Fabuloso duplex en condominio (playa, piscina, parque infantil, restaurante, tienda, casa club, seguridad) con una hermosa vista a la bahía de Paracas. Acceso directo a la playa del condominio con alberca, muelle, sombrillas y sillones. Ubicado a 5 minutos de la Reserva y del muelle para visitar las Islas Ballestas. El dúplex es amplio, muy bien cuidado, con colchones nuevos y utensilios de cocina completos (incluida una barbacoa) para que puedas disfrutar plenamente de tu estancia.

Relax with the whole family in this quiet place to stay, it has all the comforts, sunshine all year round, nice indoor terrace with pool, grill and another terrace with a nice view of the landscape The house is inside a country condo. And if you want to go to the beach, most are between 30 to 40min in the paracas area, within the reservation: - Playa Raspon - Playa La Mina - Playa Roja To enter the reservation the cost per adult is 11 soles and for children it is 3 soles.

Victor was an extremely helpful and communicative host. The place was immaculate and very spacious and comfortable. Be sure to use Waze to find the address, because Google Maps takes you along the highway, and there is no access, (private gated road). There are steps to climb to get to the unit and, at the moment, construction between the building and the road, (rolling wheeled suitcases across the gravel is difficult.)

Very nice stay, beautiful apartment and perfect location. Aldea was super helpful for recommendations. We were a group of 7, we managed to have rooms but to note that one room is located in the service area (along with washer) . Fine for kids but maybe not for an adult. Other than that- really nice stay and beautiful apartment .

The apartment is perfect. New, equipped, comfortable. Perfect water pressure, great towels and linen. The place is quiet and close to Paracas but far enough (the town is pretty much a slum). It’s a 5 minute taxi ride into town. The host provided all the necessary information on the location including tours, restaurants and a grocery market. The beach is right across the street and can easily and safely be strolled. The only downside is that the complex is under construction and the high price did not reflect that.

Victor¡ very good host, I had a great experience in Paracas, the place was perfect: very private, ideal for rest alone or as a family, and with a strategic location, close to the beach and the Paracas National Reserve. Everything was beautifully organized and comfortable. I would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

A1 all round. Victor is a great host, and very helpful. The location in Paracas is perfect if you want to be very close to the sea and also have a bit of peace and quiet. The apartment is super - just like the pictures in the listing - and there are also some thoughtful touches: air con and an air purifier in the bedoom, plenty clothes hangers in the built-in wardrobes, a solid shower etc. Many thanks!

It really was a great pleasure to stay three nights in this wonderful safe and secure house. The large, clean, well equipped en-suite room was just what I needed. Nice comfortable double bed, clean bathroom with a very good hot water shower. Also, a very good wall mounted large flat screen multichannel TV. that, something of a rarity, displays absolutely perfect quality screen picture. Located about 15 to 20 minutes walk from town centre (Two Soles in Tuk-Tuk) and ten minutes walk to nearest beach, I would certainly recommend staying at Teresa's house😃.
