It has 300 sq. meters built on a 700 sq. meter lot (350 sq. meters are a garden equipped with games for children) The upstairs apartment has 4 spacious rooms with all the amenities for 14 people and a study with a sofa bed. The downstairs has a room with 2 beds in case you need to arrive with support staff. We are 5 minutes from “El Chaco” beach and 20 minutes from the Reserve. Terrace, BBQ, Pool, Tennis courts, etc.

And if you want to go to the beach, most are between 30 to 40 minutes in the Paracas area, within the reserve: - Raspon Beach - Playa La Mina (beach) - Playa Roja (beach) To enter the reserve, the cost per adult is 11 soles and for children it is 3 soles.
