The pool is 6x3x1,5 meters, the big gazebo has 110 square meters and can accomodate up to 64 persons at chairs and tables leaving enough room for dancing and placing the food inside in case of bad weather. The house has 3 apartments and a summer kitchen. Each apartment has separate entrance, AC, living, bedroom and bathroom. Two apartments have a kitchenette. There is a playground and lots of other outdoor playing games.
