Villa holiday rentals in Pissouri Bay

What a beautiful villa with bundles of character, beautiful accommodation, great views and fabulous patio and pool. Excellent family dining and entertaining area. We loved staying at Fotoulla’s place and would highly recommend to others.

The word that comes to mind is ‘Sanctuary’. I have been to Pissouri Bay many times over the years as I grew up on the British Military base at Akrotiri. This has got to be the best experience I’ve had staying at a property in Pissouri Bay. The property was clean and well equipped and the gentle wash of the ocean could be heard as we sat and had drinks on the terrace in the evening as it was so peaceful. We are definitely coming back. A beautiful villa, equipped with all the equipment (and kitchens amenities) that guests need on vacation, in a beautiful location facing the view and cliffs of Pissouri. Ladi recommendations and directions were spot on.

Sigrid was just brilliant from initial contact, she was so quick to reply to any questions. I must point out that I asked for her opinion on car hire companies (if you intend to travel around then you will need a hire car) sigrid offered to arrange our car hire with one of her contacts, this worked out perfectly well and cost was slightly cheaper than expected and was ready and waiting for us on arrival at the airport. The location of Villa Varvara is just a couple of minutes walk away from Pissouri bay which has a couple of grocery stores which stock most essentials. The villa is superb with everything you need and was very clean. The pool and garden add to the overall attraction, also outside is a fully built outdoor cooking area with barbecue and separate grilling area outdoor fridge. Unfortunately we stayed when it was the coldest period most locals could remember and had to use the central heating and immersion heater. Overall many thanks to Sigrid, very attentive.

The house is exactly as described. Great location and superb view from the outdoor area. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and very proactive in making sure you are all set. Great experience overall.

Jen’s apartment was exactly what we wanted. Really safe within a gated community. Everything in the apartment was as described. Kitchen well equipped. AirCon in every room. The TV had a great range of apps and services. Good for my adult daughters and me (Sport). WiFi was perfect the whole time, and every part of the apartment was covered. The community pool was a decent size and it was mostly just us using it. 10 to 15 min walk to Alexander beach or the harbour (different directions). The location was far enough away from the restaurants and bars to be peaceful but close enough to get to (10-15m walk) - Load of great restaurants and bars. Jen was really quick to respond in all communication – sorted a leaking AirCon unit within the day. Negotiated a late departure to fit in with our late flights home. From start to finish Jen was fabby. The apartment was great. We had a lovely family holiday. I could not ask for more.

This is a great villa, it was made with love and care, it's fully equipped and very comfortable. I guess an espresso machine would even make it even better. nevertheless, it's super highly recommended and we had a wonderful stay note: there is a way to connect the euro plug into the Cyprus sockets, you need a pen or something to push the unused hole inside and then it can fit.

By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever had. This place is a mansion and we had the best time in it. We came as 5 couples and there was a suite for every couple with one of the suites having two extra single beds in a single room. The host was responsive and gave us amazing local recommendations for everything. We planned on going to party but the villa was so fun we ended up staying in it for the whole time. This is the perfect place to getaway since it has amazing amenities and a quiet surrounding. 10/10 would recommend and would come again!!

This was my 4th stay here along with friends 1st stay. As always a great stay and no problems what so ever. Great stay in a peaceful Villa in a pleasant location. Local restaurants and a small supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Paphos centre a 15 minute drive and Coral Bay a 10 minute drive. The Villa is spacious and has all the amenities for self catering. Large deep pool and which gets the sun all day. Alexia responded to our enquiries promptly. We will happily return again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Pissouri. The house was in a perfect location, up on a hill with a stunning view. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and really spacious. The patio area with the pool was so lovely - the pool was clean and the loungers provided gave a real holiday vibe. There is also a very large (and very good!) BBQ which we really enjoyed using. The local village had lots of different eateries and a really friendly and relaxed vibe, there was also a lovely restaurant up on the hill a short walk from the house which also had a fantastic view and amazing food. There were so many different places you could visit within a very short drive, going down to the coast was only about 10 minutes in the car. It was also very accessible for Paphos and Mt Olympus. Rose is a fantastic host and was always available for any questions I might have had. Overall it was a really great experience and we are looking forward to visiting again!

We recently stayed at Villa Arsinoe, which was an extremely clean and modern villa. it is only a 10 minute walk from the main strip of Coral Bay, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The main beach is within a 10 minute walk from the villa. There is a lovely British Fish and Chip shop just over the road, which also sells pies, home made meals and lots of other bakery items. The owner, Lambros was very helpful and dealt with a couple of small issues we had very promptly. The only negative is just to be careful on the tiles around the swimming pool, they can get slippery when wet. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fabulous place. It was a beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay. Nearby restaurants at Aphrodite Hill resort we're lovely but it was really easy to get to alternative local eateries. Close to the major road between Paphos and Limassol we were able to get to both quickly. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.
