Very clean and excellent location! Keep in mind no AC in the summer, so it’s warm during the day but comfortable at night. Well-stocked kitchen and nice bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our family of four. A little far to walk to the base village (although doable), but the shuttle right outside the door was very easy. Tom was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Stayed here with my wife for our Aspen ski holiday. Great condo in excellent location. Easy walking to downtown and next to busses that take you right to all four ski mountains. Won’t go wrong staying here!

This unit was in the Aspen Mountain Residences and was a very short and easy walk to the ski lifts and downtown. We appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the Aspen Airport. The staff at Aspen Residences are very friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay again.

We loved this place. It’s so easy to take the bus to Snowmass, the stop is right out front. You can walk to the grocery and the local pizza place. We loved the vibe of the place too.

Great location. We never used our car once we got there. The free shuttle was fabulous they dropped us off right at the gondola at Ajax and picked us up, we walked the 3 blocks each night to dinner in town which was fabulous. Bathtub was nice and big with plenty of hot water and my husband enjoyed the hot tub numerous times. Bed was comfy. Thanks Daniel!

the property is very cozy, everything is very clean, all the appliances are new, the space is very good and the location is good too and when i needed to talk to the host he was very quick to respond and solve what i asked for.

Lovely condo. Walked to restaurants and shops, just 5 minutes away. Very clean and comfortable. No air conditioning and the internet went out but otherwise a great stay and would recommend.

A phenomenal place in Snowmass Village that is relaxing and priced appropriately.

It was a very pleasant stay! The room was very clean, and I felt that attention was paid to the details.Each piece of furniture has warmth, and I can tell that the owner cherishes it.The atmosphere of the interior was also calm, and I was able to relax as if I were at home. The facilities are also well-equipped, and the multiple washrooms made it easy to get ready in the morning, so I had a comfortable stay.Thanks to the three rooms, each family had enough space, and it was nice to be able to relax.The kitchen was organized and easy to use, and cooking was smooth. The surrounding environment is also wonderful, and it is a quiet location surrounded by rich nature, so early morning jogging was very pleasant.The view of the distant mountains was also impressive, making my stay even more special.The only thing that was unfortunate was that construction was being done during the stay, but I still had a calm and comfortable time. The warmth and atmosphere of the fireplace were particularly pleasant, and I enjoyed family time.I'd love to visit again if I get the chance!

This is a lovely home. Everything was quiet and peaceful, while the mountain was just around the corner. The shuttle service was easy and useful! It is on the 3rd floor, which the listing does say, we just did not account for being from the east coast and elevation change! It was just a workout each day for us!! Would recommend a stay here!

Our condo lived up to the listing's description in every way. Everything was clean, neat and tidy when we arrived, the bathrooms (which appear to have been recently renovated) were spotless and the beds were outfitted with nice sheets and well made up. When we had trouble using the lock one time (our fault), management got back to us right away, notably, at 10pm on a Friday night. A great bonus was that our unit (29C) was literally right by a Snowmass Village bus stop, which was incredibly convenient.

Couldn't ask for more responsive and helpful hosts. The condo is "what you see is what you get." It is clean and nice, and what I expected for the price, at Snowmass. This was our first time in the Village - we have stayed in the Mall area many time. This condos location was great. It was more quiet and less crowded than our past experiences, which we enjoyed.

This was my second stay at Timberline. It has a great location for skiing and is in walking distance to everything else in town. Place was spotless and very comfy for two people. It has everything you need for a great skiing vacation. Hopefully we'll be back next season.

Cindy and Steve were wonderful hosts. This was our first time staying at a room in a house, rather than renting a whole house to ourselves. We weren't sure what to expect, but it was a wonderful first experience! Cindy is a very thoughtful host. She provided us with a lovely private room and bathroom. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and even snacks and extra bathroom items that we might need. Cindy was so kind and friendly. She gave us recommendations for restaurants and parking. We really enjoyed our stay!

The best AirBnB experience I’ve had. Cindy’s place was BEAUTIFUL, warm, and comfortable. All of the little touches - extra pillows, snacks, water - made me feel so welcome. This is a perfectly close but still private residence to Aspen & Snowmass. It is true to it’s value. The drive to & from the home is wonderful, too. The hosts were not only kind, but so helpful - and the pups have big barks but are so sweet & fun to pet. I would stay here or with these hosts again in a heartbeat.

Cindy is an outstanding host. I cannot more highly recommend someone to work with.
