In a villa 200 m above sea level with heated pool: small independent bungalow in garden (master bedroom, double bed, shower room, outdoor kitchen). Local shops within 10 min walk. Saint-Paul center is a 20-minute drive and beaches are 30 minutes away. Public transport is possible but complicated.

Access to the lagoon is easy thanks to the expressway. Reserved parking space in the courtyard.
