Charming 1-bedroom apartment, quiet in a cul-de-sac in the center of Piton St Leu. 10min drive to the beaches of Étang Salé and St Leu and 3min walk to small shops ( bakery...). Ideally located in the west, 5 minutes from the 4-lane road, you can easily travel all over the island. The entrance to the accommodation is through a private terrace. We share the pool and ocean view deck year-round, except from June 22, 2026 to July 29, 2026. Please note, this is a non-smoking house; please dispose of cigarettes in the alley.

Dry toilet and outdoor shower under the giant papyrus. You can prepare your meals and eat in the kitchen in the middle of the vegetation, on the terrace overlooking the sea... or elsewhere in the garden. Very quiet neighborhood. We rent our electric bikes. Loan of 2 pairs of fins-mask-snorkel and various board games.

Rental of my Garden Level with infinity pool (Pool for your exclusive use) with views of the Indian Ocean and sunsets. It includes 1 small bedroom (with a mosquito net) and 1 small en suite shower room, 1 equipped semi-enclosed kitchen and 1 large veranda. 2 chickens are present on the side of the garden in their chicken coop:) . The swimming pool is forbidden for children under 15 years of age. We are 300 meters above sea level.
