Beachfront holiday rental in Pitve

The apartament was compact and nice, equipped with everything someone can ask for, Marija and her family are very friendly and respond quickly for questions. Worth it!

Très jolie petite maison, dans un coin très calme. En pleine nature, à quelques dizaines de mètre de la plage qui pendant notre séjour n’a était visité que par nous. Super accueil que nous a réservé Mario, sa petite maison est très bien équipé nous avons manqué de rien. Heureux d’avoir découvert l’île de Brac avec ce logement comme endroit où dormir et passé du bon temps.

我们两个家庭一起入住，客厅的沙发床也舒适，厨房各种调料齐全，方便我们煮一些孩子喜欢吃的食物。开车去Hvar每个地方都非常方便，适合度假。

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Super logement ! Propre et bien équipé ! L’hôte était très accueillant, il nous a offert une bouteille de limonade et des petits croûtons fais maison ! Rien à dire c’était top !

Magnifique, mais pas parfait ! Emplacement magique. Vue à couper le souffle. Lire avec les pieds dans la mer, que demander de mieux! Grand balcon. BBQ Weber fonctionnel (assez pratique en saison basse, car peu de restaurants ouverts). Chambre principale impeccable (refait à neuf) avec douche et toilette très propres. Vue imprenable depuis la chambre principale. Hôtes très réactifs avec d'excellents conseils (merci). Bref, tout est... presque parfait. En effet, petits bémols à prendre en considération. Odeur assez forte/désagréable dans la toilette de la cuisine (qui sert aussi de deuxième chambre...). Seul moyen de la contenir est d'ouvrir les fenêtres (moins pratique avec climatisation) et ne pas utiliser la toilette (peu pratique). Cuisine bien équipée, mais plusieurs éléments (par ex. verres à vin) manquaient de propreté. Attention, beaucoup de fourmis si vous oubliez de la nourriture sur le comptoir! Ça reste un chalet extraordinaire. Un peu cher, mais fantastique en couple.

Villa Vito is in a beautiful setting with views over a secluded bay, and surrounded by olive groves. The outside space is thoughtfully designed to create a really peaceful and lovely area. We were there in the penultimate week of May and were very unlucky with the weather. Rain, high winds and chilly nights, although we did have some intermittent sunshine. We used the pool and swam in the sea. Overall we felt that the villa will work really well in better weather, when the outside space will really come into its own and evenings can be spent around the table by the pool, and making use of the outside sofa area. Inside, the downstairs space is rather limited, especially when confined by the weather as it is just an open plan kitchen with a sofa area at one end. It was fine for two but we felt it might be a bit 'tight' for a group of six. Ambroz was a very responsive and helpful host, especially when we had trouble with the door and the hot water, quickly sorting things out for us.

What a fantastic location. Peace and quiet and the beautiful sea. Lovely hospitable hosts. Super friendly and genuine. The BBQd fish they bought us for lunch was the best we had ever had. If you want to get away from it all then this is the place to come. We stayed a week and didn’t use the car once.

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

Wir waren zwei Wochen bei Toni – zuerst im Penthouse mit Whirlpool, dann eine Etage tiefer in der größeren Wohnung. Beide Unterkünfte waren sehr sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage war ruhig, die Aussicht top. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, Toni hat uns freundlich empfangen, Hilfe beim Gepäck angeboten und das Haus ausführlich gezeigt. Die Sauna, der Whirlpool und der Gemeinschaftspool waren super – überall konnte man ungestört entspannen. Der Parkplatz war gut erreichbar, und dank des privaten Wegs über Tonis Grundstück war man in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Ohne diesen Weg hätte man deutlich länger gebraucht. Meine Freundin und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. In Tonis Airbnb fühlt man sich wie zu Hause – es ist an alles gedacht, und Toni sorgt dafür, dass es seinen Gästen an nichts fehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Slavimir. L'appartement était super bien équipé, les lits confortables et tout était propre. L'attention des boissons fraîches étaient les bienvenus. Une superbe vue autant du balcon que de la piscine. Un barbecue à disposition, un garage fermé et privé. Un excellent séjour. Merci beaucoup Slavimir

Das Appartementhaus ist Besondres, mega Lage, architektonisch richtig gut gemacht. Kompliment, daher auch das Preis-Leistungsniveau!!!! sehr klasse!!! Ich war vor fast 40 Jahren schon auf der Insel, damals nur Camping. Dieses Mal waren wir nur ein Mal essen!!!! Das hatte seine Gründe. Leider! Das betrifft nicht Nicola und sein Team. Sondern die Menschen In der Öffentlichkeit. Im Supermarkt, an der Tankstelle, am Kiosk vor allem in den Restaurants.( überall in Kroatien) die Angestellten oder das Personal unterhielten sich eher mit Kollegen, anstatt mit uns. Eine dezente herablassende Ignoranz gegen uns, beziehungsweise der Kunden. Mega schlecht gelaunt und wirkten sehr unzufrieden. Ich bin nirgendwo begrüßt worden. Kein freundliches Hallo, kein by by, nichts! SCHADE!!! Ganz zu schweigen vom Preis-Leistung Verhältnis im Restaurant. Daher! Haus mieten bei Nicola, schnell viel einkaufen und das Appartement, Natur und Meer Genießen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Johannes

I am a little lost for words on how to describe the magnificent property and our hosts. Wonderful people who went WAY beyond expectations to make us feel at home. This property is breathtaking!! I have travelled a lot of the world and there are few places that would rival this house. The decor, the layout, the rooftop pool, the balcony and the beach literally 15m away. One of the most spectacular views I have seen. But again… our hosts Stipe and Ivana a beautiful people and we hope to see them VERY soon ❤️

This was our third time in Korcula island and I can say it was the one we enjoyed the most. Great house, well-equipped, beautiful view. The hosts are very kind and extremely helpful, they do all they can to make you have a great time. ☺️

Awesome place, the photos looked unreal but when we got there we saw the place better than photos! Beautifully hosted by Nikol and Thea. Definitely going to stay again.

I cannot say enough about this Home. We felt like we were in a palace. Every little touch that they put into this house went noticed. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Our host was always available if I had a question.The pizzeria next-door was amazing and would bring things right to us at our door. Again, we cannot say enough everything about this house was wonderful.

Jozo was an excellent host and you can clearly see the love that he’s poured into Love Hvar’s penthouse. Every detail is thought of and takes advantage of the space perfectly. Additionally the space is spotless and well kept. It’s a great location and walkable to all of Hvar town. Thanks, Jozo for an amazing stay.

Dragana’s 3rd floor flat is amazing and she is a fantastic host. The location is excellent for access to center area of restaurants yet provides a quiet space to enjoy the views. Access to two public beaches is at the bottom of steps and a short stroll away. Dragana thinks of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Her recommendations and responsiveness to questions made the trip even better. We look forward to returning to Vista and her flat in the future.

Wir haben uns 14 Tage sehr , sehr wohl in dieser schönen Wohnung gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf das Wasser und die Berge ist überwältigend , ob aus dem bequemen Bett oder vom Balkon , das Panorama ist einfach unglaublich schön . Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Wohnung ist für kroatische Verhältnisse sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer und Dusche sind sehr gut und sauber . Es ist alles da um sich wohl zu fühlen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage , ist alles schnell zu erreichen. 3 Supermärkte und einige Bars und Restaurants sind in der Nähe . Auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit . Gleich vor der Wohnung geht es über eine Treppe zu den Felsen runter , wo man sich zum Sonnen oder Baden / Schnorcheln aufhalten kann . Mehrere Kiesstrände sind auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Unsere Gastgeberin war immer freundlich, schnell erreichbar und hat sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

We’ve had the best time at Antonia’s place in Hvar! Clear communication and always there if we need any help or local recommendations. Beautiful, light, clean and large apartment. Great balcony with a view. A free bottle of homemade wine in the fridge was such a nice touch! Antonia went over and above to help us!!! Doing kind gestures that we have never had any host do for us before. We had the best time at this apartment and can’t wait to be back! They pick you up and drop you off when you arrive so no bags carried. Book this apartment and your time in Hvar will be perfect. Everything you can want!

Wir haben die Unterkunft Mitte September für zwei Personen und unseren Hund gebucht und der Aufenthalt war wirklich perfekt. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar und man kann von der Terrasse aus den ganzen Tag über einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Küste und das Meer genießen – einfach atemberaubend! Die Wohnung ist, wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Für meinen Geschmack hätte sie allerdings etwas sauberer und ordentlicher sein können. Es gab ein paar kleinere Mängel, wie Flecken auf dem Teppich und den Wänden, wackelige Kommoden und Putzutensilien, die offen herumstanden und nicht verstaut waren. Die Kommunikation mit Tanja war hervorragend – sie hat immer schnell geantwortet wenn wir Fragen hatten und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist ideal, um zu Fuß Restaurants und Bars zu erkunden. Für größere Einkäufe beim "Markt" würde ich allerdings ein Auto empfehlen, da es etwas steil ist. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Wohnung zum Entspannen und Genießen!

Wow! This was a special trip for my 50th birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. Danko was the perfect host - meeting and accompanying us to the property in person, making us feel comfortable and welcome, even providing some fresh fish he’d caught himself! He was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any messages, but otherwise left us in peace to explore and relax on our own. The house and bay are absolutely gorgeous - exactly as pictured. Decor is simple, stylish, and good quality, with the bathroom and outdoor areas being particularly lovely. We swam every day in clear, turquoise waters, amid some of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. Vela Luka is charming and laidback with a large supermarket (Tommy) on the edge of town which had everything we needed. I’d also highly recommend Jerolim for local souvenirs of olive oil and handmade soap. All in all, this was a dream holiday and we can’t wait to go back. Hvala, Danko! :)
