Idyllic retreat just metres from Porthilly beach

Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Situated at the top of the lovely seaside resort of Rock,Upper Pityme has it's own private entrance & parking. Includes: double bedroom, open plan kitchen, dining, living space & WiFi . Lovely pub nearby & short walk to local shops, eateries and coast. We also have a sofa (bed ) n the lounge for 2 people.

2 Penmayne Cottage - Cosy & Stylish Hideaway

Nestled down at the end of a leafy private lane, this charming two-bedroom Cottage has character and charm. Relax with the family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. The Beach is a pleasant stroll away through the fields down to Porthilly and along past the sailing club. Its only a few minutes away from the village and amenities, which include a delicatessen, bakery, fish & chips shop, butchers and general store. Within the local area there are a wealth of excellent restaurants and pubs.

Little Trelyn is an incredibly spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located in the idyllic Cornish village of Rock. This lovely home offers a relaxed base from which to explore North Cornwall. The light and airy open plan living and dining room is a wonderful space to socialise with your group, with patio doors leading out to the back garden, allowing in the sounds of nature from the nearby fields. Porthilly Cove and Rock beach are both within walking distance, along with pubs and restaurants.

Little Thrift is a superb property located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Rock with a large enclosed garden suitable for children and dogs. All the shops are just a few yards away including a general store, coffee shop, bakery, butchers, fishmonger, delicatessen, and newsagent. The property is all on one level and consists of three bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms and a family bathroom. The large open plan lounge. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area seating 6 people.

Welcome to our recently renovated, much-loved, terraced, cosy cottage, tucked peacefully away in a hamlet within a mile and a half of the popular beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath. The cottage has three bedrooms, all with rural views and two bath/shower rooms. Downstairs, there is a lovely open plan kitchen/diner and a snug, cosy sitting room with wood-burning stove. There is also a downstairs utility area with WC. Enclosed courtyard garden to rear and lawned area at the front.

Lovely large bungalow just outside Rock Cornwall

You must read the reviews before booking Tregaron.. Tregaron is a delightful and extremely spacious bungalow and is a lovely place to spend a few days in one of the Cornwall's best destinations. All rooms have a king size bed and are en-suite. The kitchen is enormous! 44 square metres. It is 1.5 miles from Rock beach, Daymer Bay is just a five minutes drive and Polzeath a few minutes further. Porthilly beach you can walk to in 19 minutes. There is a large private garden with patio seating.

Traditional Cornish Cottage

This traditional stone and slate built cottage of character is situated in the quiet village of Tredrizzick close to the Camel Estuary at Rock (1.5 miles) and it's surrounding beaches, golf courses and superb restaurants. There is a long sheltered garden which is a wonderful suntrap and includes a barbeque built into the patio wall. The cottage is ideal for a family holiday in fact it can accommodate two families and sleeps 8. It is also very cosy for a few.
