Great place to rent in the village of Placencia. Excellent response and accommodation from staff. Clean, updated, comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at the Aerie at Moonrise Beach. Flexible check-in when we were running a little late. Jessie and the team were very proactive and responsive with information and checking to see if things were going well. The studio was a great space with wonderful views. The road coming was a little rough but the accommodation was spot on. Would advise repellent for the bugs (I have several very itchy bites!) but a very good and peacefully time other than that.

Me and my group of friends had an amazing stay at Bahia Vista, Jessie and Zun provided top notch service throughout the week stay. Will def be coming back to visit and highly recommend booking this location.

Our host, Carmen, was very impressive. She made our one month stay enjoyable. The house cleaning was also excellent. In fact, the Louis’ apartment building and our apartment is up to date modern and thoughtfully furnished. Everything we needed was furnished. The location was great near the beaches, restaurants and food shopping. We’ll be back!

The condo was exactly as described and very, very nice. If there is a nicer place to stay on Placencia, we never saw it. I truly believe this is the nicest. Placencia itself is not what we expected at all. If you’re looking for a typical beach/resort experience like you would find in Mexico, Cayman Islands, or Jamaica this isn’t it. There are no large resorts here, and you are mixed in with the locals (who are extremely kind!) Don’t expect to spend time on the beach. There is quite a bit of trash and very limited beach. There are some hidden gems you must visit though! Mariposa was a favorite spot of ours to spend the day and eat/drink. Le Dolce Vite has amazing Italian food! The frozen banana drink there is so fresh! The four cheese dish was delicious! The Monkey River tour is definitely something to experience, the wildlife is abundant. The little village will feed you and you can find neat trinkets they made themselves. They rely entirely on fishing and tourism, so bring some money with you!

Flowers Rental Agency was wonderful to work with, they met us at the unit and showed us around. They checked on us the next day to make sure there wasn't anything else we needed. The unit itself is like the pictures, and it was very nice having a private washer/dryer in the unit. We were in Marisol North which is next to the pool and our kids loved it! There are three units in total in this building so we did have to share the pool with others occasionally but it was not a problem for us as the pool is quite large. It's about a 2 min walk to a beach, and about a 5 minute walk to the pier which we believe has the best beach for the kids. Walkable to all of Placencia, we rented a vehicle but honestly didn't even need it while staying at this location. We will definitely be back!

Great place! Beautiful setting. We did not have cell data, so stopped along the way to get help finding the place ... turn in at the white boat grounded along Placencia Rd, keep right and go as far as you are able to arrive at destination. We had the second floor, so heard the people on the third. So appreciated the washing machine and dryer as we had been on the road for a couple of weeks prior. We appreciated there being two sofas and lots of room to spread out, including a huge deck!! Great support and care from Jessie and Zun!! ❤️

Nicolle's place was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed lounging on the balcony and taking in the view of the beautiful Caribbean. The place was spacious and clean. We enjoy cooking and found the kitchen well equipped. The property is very well managed and was kept tidy and welcoming. Nicolle was super responsive and even reached out ahead of our stay to arrange taxi service for us. She also offered wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area. We certainly hope to return soon and would love to stay here again. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful visit!

this place was an architectural dream! everywhere we turned was another gem to behold! we had a bit of an issue with the heating in the hot tub but management came by to help us out. only thing I wish they were more clear on in the listing is that the second bed is a foam pad that is kept under the dining room table. other than that, I'd totally come back to this one of a kind airbnbs!

Our trip to Placencia was amazing, and our stay at Marisol vacation rental exceeded expectations! The location was perfect just one lot away from the beach, making it so easy to walk to the ocean and enjoy its beautiful scenery. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, incredibly clean, and the porch was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the refreshing breeze. It was also perfectly situated, allowing for convenient walks to nearby attractions and amenities. Our time in Placencia was filled with fun, and Marisol vacation rental truly provided the ideal home base for an unforgettable experience.

Pros: Lovely pool, nice location, ocean breezes, well maintained. Glad we weren’t in crowded Placencia Village since car travel was easy. Felt safe. All staff friendly. Enjoyed variety of food. Cons: island prices, construction in unit below including sawing through concrete for 8 hours a day starting before 8am on two of the days we were there (so loud, couldn’t have a conversation with more than 3 feet between people), not well equipped kitchen.

A very comfortable, clean studio apt, small but easy to expand out into the deck and pool area. It's quiet and peaceful, and right next to the beach. Seine Bight is 10 minutes up the road from Placencia. Loved loved loved Malula's, the beach bar and grill next door.

The place was very clean. The grounds were kept up beautifully which doesn’t seem very common at most places we saw in town. It was clean and very comfortable. Ron was our concierge and was extremely helpful in supplying us with the referrals we needed. The pool is beautiful and very clean. The beach is kept clean on the property. The view of the ocean is amazing. Although the weather was rainy for most of our days there (locals said unusual for this time of year) the balcony was a beautiful place to watch the storm. The sound of the ocean waves put us to sleep each night. We felt very safe there. The bed was comfy. You can hire cleaners to come in during your stay if you like.

Very nice large modern place straight on the little private beach, there is sargassum at this time of year but thats part of life. Roof top pool deck is fabulous looking over Placencia, the Caribbean and back to the mainland.

Finally an AirBnB with luggage stands and open shelves and table tops for travelers with suitcases and groceries items. kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for a long stay. Coffee maker for ground coffee and reusable filter. Hot pot for tea, plenty of pots and pans to use on gas 4 burner stove and an oven. Toaster and small microwave. Great comfy bed and awesome shower. And we really enjoyed the covered deck with hammocks and chairs with foot rests and amazing view of the ocean and clean beach below. We will be back for a longer stay next year. Tricia and Doug are super hosts for sure!

We have visited Placencia a few times and this was one of our favorites! Beautiful view of the ocean, right on the sidewalk, and easy to walk to all our favorite places. Thanks for hosting us!

Tricia’s space is a little slice of heaven. It’s in a perfect spot to walk and enjoy the delightful village of Hopkins. Tricia shared so many excellent recommendations ahead of the visit and we had all we needed and more. Do take time to read all of the info shared- it is so helpful! The space is well equipped and we were perfectly comfortable only using the a/c at night. The sea breeze is great to keep one comfortable during the day.

Our family of four had the perfect stay at the Moonflower. It was just as described. Clean, spacious and with a truly unbelievable view of the Caribbean. Easy to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The host was very accommodating when we arrived unexpectedly early. Hammocks in the yard, plenty of space for kids to play. Felt safe and relaxed. Highly recommend!

An amazing place on a small island. Plan ahead, while the basics are covered, extras are not available. There are no resources on the island. If you forget something the staff will bend over backwards to help you out, but best to come prepared. Send a message ahead of time if you have special diet needs. All of your food will be prepared by the staff on site. They will do everything they can to accommodate you. But best to call this in ahead as well. Great snorkeling and fishing RIGHT THERE! It’s beautiful beyond words. The large suite apartment was way too much space for just two of us.

It was exactly as described. The place met all of our needs and included bikes and a kayak. We walked everywhere so we didn’t need the bikes, but made use of the kayaks a couple of times to explore the lagoon area. The restaurants in the area were great and we enjoyed all of her recommendations. The small pool was perfect for cooling off on hot days and there were plenty of places to sit and relax on the property. We loved the three dogs! Our trip highlights included snorkeling at the Laughing Bird caye and a trip to Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary.

Beautiful spot, clean easy to live in house. Bay is truly shallow (2-2.5ft)- safe for our daughter who doesn’t swim well to be on a floatie. Cool to watch fish, stingrays and birds just from the pier. Deep enough to get a local boat pick up at the end. We definitely needed bug spray for the sandflies, but really just at dawn and dusk. We stayed in the bottom. There was a nice couple on the second story for one night. Help with any small things prompt from Janette and Alex who showed us how to open a green coconut for fresh coconut water.

2nd stay with Rodney! Easy and centrally located. Will stay here again!
