Exquisite apartment, very comfortable and tidy, just a small detail that I let him know that it had no heater for cold nights

Christians B&B was on a perfect location with a large kitchen, gorgeous view, a big bedroom en a very nice balcony but after we arrived we discovered that the internet was not working. We contacted Christian and he immediately called us. It turned out that the internet company did not show up that day to fix it. Christian offered us to move to his other apartment on the other side of the street where the internet was working. This apartment was even nicer than the one we booked! What a very good service and we really enjoyed our stay!! thanks again Christian!!!

Amazing, clean and quiet place to stay in a very good location. Easy to get to, with great vehicular access, close to bencinera. The department is just as they appear in the images. 10/10

The apartment is perfect. Everything you need. Super fast wifi. Laundry and all. Very comfortable. Just be aware there are many steps in the building and apartment and the hill the apartment is located so please consider that if you are disabled. Otherwise Esteban was a good host. We had an unfortunate situation happen but he apologized and fixed it very quickly.

Jan's apartment is beautiful, it has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony and the mountain from the kitchen. The apartment had basic things included such as salt, oil, tea and coffee. The only thing to improve would be the heating, since it was cold in Viña and it only has two heaters. The area is very nice, quiet and safe. Recommended.

Clean, comfortable and cozy, ideal for 2 or 3 people. We spent a few beautiful days surrounded by nature.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment was impeccable, fully tidy and with a very nice decoration. Edith and Ernesto are always attentive and kind to resolve our queries. Prime location, close to stores, restaurants and the beach. The building is a 7, the concierges are also very friendly. We loved it, we would come back without hesitation!

We absolutely loved staying at Florencia’s! It is one of the most beautiful apartments that we have stayed in. The view is incredible, and the living room and bedrooms very comfortable. Florencia was very helpful and responsive and gave us lots of great tips for Valparaiso. She also has a massage business at which we booked appointments and it was amazing!

The place is wonderful, the hosts are very attentive. It really is a very central place so getting around is really comfortable and there are many panoramas if you know how to look. Totally recommended.

The most remarkable thing about the accommodation is, without a doubt, the location. If you go by car, it is very well connected to get around everywhere: near Valparaíso, Viña del Mar and other points of interest in the area. The apartment had everything you needed to be comfortable during your stay. I went with two friends and it was excellent for us. Beautiful apartment and view, the building is very good and its facilities are perfect. Very nice people and there are places to shop nearby. It is walkable to go to the Jumbo and leave the car in the building.

Everything was perfect! María Alejandra was always super friendly, she was attentive at all times and responded quickly to every query I had. Flexible check-in was very helpful. The apartment is very well located. Perfect for 4 people, with good isolation between rooms. It is fully equipped, clean and functional, with a beautiful ocean view. I would definitely go back!
