Maisonette Private garden studio by the sea (2-minute walk), quiet, peaceful. This little cocoon is located in the most sought-after area of Rémire-Montjoly at the bottom of the owner's garden. Completely refurbished, including the amenities, connected housing (wifi with fiber, new air conditioner, lights, NETFLIX. We also offer an airport transfer service. Animal friends, we have a very nice little female dog Olympe and a big male dog Thor.

Nice studio 100 m from the beach

We rent our pretty studio adjoining our main house but totally independent, located 100 m from one of the most beautiful beaches in Guyana in the town of Montjoly (also 100 m from the kitesurfing spot) near Montravel. Restaurants, shops and pharmacy are within a 10-minute walk as well as a bus stop and the Montjoly Tourist Office.

We had a great time at Sarah's place. The residence is quiet and very well located, close to the beach and all amenities. The pool is a real asset. The apartment is spacious, bright and very well equipped. Sarah is a very nice host, and the communication throughout the trip was great. We highly recommend and will not hesitate to return.
