Le logement est dans un lieu calme, vue sur mer et l' îlet du Gosier. Sa piscine à débordement vous enchantera. Vous serez à proximité de toutes commodités, transport en commun, commerces, plage, marché, parc .à 15 minutes à pied. Pour vous déplacer en Guadeloupe vous serez proche de tous les axes pour vous diriger vers Sainte Anne ou Pointe à Pitre. Un lieu stratégique. Bonne connexion internet . Situé directement sur la plage avec une vue panoramique sur l'ilet Gosier, cet hébergement F1 est en centre-ville du Gosier avec un acces rapide a toutes commodites. La residence est calme et securisee, elle dispose d'un court de tennis et sa plage. Climatisation (et brise marine!), cuve pour les coupures d'eau, lave linge, lave-vaisselle, internet haut debit, TV 55 pouces. L'appartement a ete entierement renove en janvier 2025. Le mobilier est en teck.

Excellent stay! The check-in instructions were very detailed, which made the installation quick and easy. Listing was clean and as described. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of homemade planter prepared by Michel, a delicate attention that immediately put us in the mood. As a bonus, Michel was flexible on the departure time, which allowed us to fully enjoy our last day. A address we recommend without hesitating!

We spent a month as a group of four at this listing. The location is great, with an amazing view, central but quiet. The apartment is perfectly equipped, including the kitchen where nothing is missing and where one can cook with pleasure. Everything is like the pictures, very tidy and clean. Fanny and Mika were extremely kind and helpful, whether it's about offering us fruit from the garden or moving away from unwanted hosts in the apartment (we received a visit from a centipede as well as a cat frightened iguana). We'll be happy to go back!

Just great. Marie and her husband were super present to answer all our questions. The space was clean and in a good location. Next to the beach, you can find small village parties just perfect. Otherwise you will be next to everything to do tours if you rent a car. The wifi was great too. In short, nothing to say, I'll be back with pleasure.

Very nice accommodation, cozy, pleasant, open with an incredible view of the Gosier Island and Soufriere if it is clear! The host and concierges are very available, accommodating, kind and responsive. We were hosted very well. The accommodation matches the description and photos and is perfectly located at Le Gosier to enjoy the beach of La Datcha (<10min walk) Several shops are nearby as well. We would recommend this listing without problem!

Just wow! Our stay at Villa Manate in Gosier was beyond our expectations. The villa is magnificent, a true haven of peace combining luxury, comfort and design. Everything is thought of in the smallest details: large swimming pool with bar, outdoor lounge area (ideal for an aperitif), jacuzzi on the rooftop, LED lights and light games, functional spaces all tastefully decorated. A huge thank you to Magalie, the host, who is very attentive and always available. Upon our arrival, an aperitif was waiting for us, and we even got a super complete breakfast basket: an attention that makes all the difference! This corner of paradise is the ideal place for a stay with family, friends or simply as a couple. In short, it's a 10/10, we leave conquered, rested, and we recommend this villa with our eyes closed!
