In the Port de Bormes les Mimosas Marina, overlooking the boats and the sea, this pretty renovated 26 m² studio is ready to accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). The terrace to the East offers a beautiful sunrise over the sea for an invigorating breakfast. Private parking. The Marina offers a rather quiet atmosphere and yet very close to summer activities, the large La Favière beach 50m away and Lavandou beaches. A beautiful swimming pool on the sea open from June to Sept.

You will be our only guest! You can rent either our luxurious 33 m2 (353 sq2) studio, equipped for two or this studio plus an extra room, for four (60 m2- 642 sq2 total). The extra room can be added for 2 as an extra option. You would benefit from a 86 m2 (920 sq2) private terrace with a 180° panoramic breath-taking view on the Mediterranean and the Îles d’Or, as well as an amazing pool reserved only for our guests, overlooking the villa, with an equally incredible view!

Very quiet place located between Le Lavandou and Cavalaire, nearby beaches and shops. The non-private pool is shared with the owners. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed.
