Quiet in a charming area, House of 63 m2, . The beaches and the center on foot. The House is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, garden furniture and equipment). Possibility to rent overnight, weekends and weekdays. (Except during the summer week only) On the Floor : - A large room with 1 double bed 160 x 200 with views of the Fort la latte. On the ground floor : - A living room (possibility of double extra bed) - One Bedroom with bunk bed 2 beds 90 x 200 + 1 drawer bed - An equipped kitchen - A bathroom and toilet Outside : - At the front, possibility to bring the car - in the back, quiet courtyard without facing for quiet barbecues + a shelter (possibility to store bicycles, canoe or other equipment) - A deposit of 30% will be required for the reservation + a deposit of €200 upon arrival. - City tax is 0.50€/night/per person. - The house is planned for 5 beds, a sofa bed is in the living room, 15€ /day per additional person. Possible options: - Housekeeping 40 €, ornaments 15€ /beds/per week. We rent our 23 m² studio perched on the top floor of the "Rochers": the only building in Castin at the water's edge! Located in the heart of Les Mielles, the shopping center, you can access it by the road leading to the port or directly by the Grande Plage, and enjoy, on foot, almost everything our beautiful seaside resort has to offer. (7 beaches, many restaurants, shops and markets, marina, adventure trail, golf, fishing, horseback riding, GR 34, etc...)

Very good welcome by our hosts and personalized. Much nicer than a key box. The price may seem high but considering the ultra modern elements of the apartment. All of the devices are of very high quality. The fact that the king size beds were made on our arrival. Coffee, tea, water bottle, toiletries. Nothing was missing to make our stay perfect. And what a view from the balcony.

This apartment contributed greatly to the success of our stay. Ideally located for beautiful hikes between Cape Frehel, Cape Erquy and others. The very good bedding allowed us to regenerate. We even enjoyed a moment of reading on the deckchairs at the end of the day. Yvonnick and her husband are charming. Walks by the sea nearby, shops not far away, excellent mussels; this Brittany really gives us a taste of Come back 🤗

Extraordinary apartment, with a sublime view of Pléneuf beach, we never tire of looking at the sea from the large glass windows. Luxury amenities. Only beds would deserve to be bigger and more comfortable: double beds are 160 and mattresses could be better. In addition: parking with GreenUp plug.
